I am on a GLP one medication and have severe constipation. I have found these have helped and they taste great and natural. My cousin who is pregnant had her doctor recommend these for her so I gave them a try and I love it.

Must have for pregnancy
I’m about 5 months pregnant and I bought this based on a recommendation from a friend who is also pregnant. I’ve been having constipation with the pregnancy so I decided to give it a try. Wow, it really works. I was skeptical because I’ve tried prune juice, metamucil, drinking water, exercising and nothing does the trick like that gummies. I take them with my prenatals and needless to say, I’ve been regular.

Works but at a cost….
These taste great and help with regulation. However, I did notice I get much more bloated and gassy while taking them. I was taking it consistently for two months and was bloated and extra gassy the whole time. Once I stopped, I was no longer bloated and gassy but that might just be the nature of fiber. Otherwise it really helped with regulating

Beware of imposter products and no refund policy
I love these and they work very well until the last two orders. The last two orders tasted horrific as if they left whatever the sweetener was out and taste more like a medicine or chemical or just bitter taste. You could not even eat I had to spit them out and then I tried to get a refund and they didn’t accept refunds That’s two bottles that I’ve paid for it cost me over $50 and now I’ve just lost the money because I had to throw the bottles out so that tells me somebody is probably creating copycat product, and Amazon‘s putting it all on the same shelf and the last two times I got someone else’s product that was horrible either that or they’ve made some bad batches Sadly so I had to cancel my subscription.
