Easy to take
This bottle of 50 soft gels will last just under two months. There are 50 in the bottle and the dosing is 1 soft gel per day.The label doesn’t say what they are supposed to be taken to treat. My GYN suggested trying this to see if it helped with hot flashes. I’d tried evening primrose oil in the past for that and didn’t find it did much. I’m trying it again with hopes it will help.I will say they are extremely easy to swallow despite their size. They have no taste. The only discernible odor is if you put your nose up to the open bottle.

Came without seal
The supplements were mailed with a plastic seal on the outside but no seal for the inner part of the bottle. Had glue residue on the rim of the bottle as if someone removed it. Very concerning for contamination of product and resale of item that was already used.

Dear Wife likes it, a lot.
My wife was skeptical of this primrose, until I prompted her to look it up online. She changed her attitude a little, and agreed to give it a try. As you might expect, the first couple days were “mehh”. After a week, she said that she really was feeling better, most noticeably, during the night, and early in the morning. Basically, she feels more refreshed after a night’s sleep.I took a couple of them, they don’t seem to do anything for me. I can vouch that they are easy to swallow, just sliding down the hatch with a swallow of coffee.I’m giving these 5 stars, since they made a believer of my skeptical wife.

No Good For Hot Flashes
I started taking another brand of Evening Primrose for hot flashes. They initially worked but then stopped working. I decided to try this, a different brand, and now that I am done with the bottle, I can say they do not help with MY hot flashes. I am also bewildered as to why there is only 16 1/2 days of pills. You take 3 pills a day and there are 50 in a bottle. Odd….

My bottle was fresh as it expires November 2026. I used to take this supplement regularly and then could no longer find the brand I liked. This brand seems to be a good price point. You get 50 soft gels in the bottle and currently it sells for 9.49 so it is fairly reasonable to take compared to other supplements. It is a good sized clear soft gel capsule that is easy to swallow. I am not sure how it will compare long term use for my benefit to the other brand I was taking but I will keep taking and find out. I do like that this supplement has a flip top lid too–that can be handy as long as you don’t have little ones around that could get into your supplements.
