You get a lot of pills for a little money . I got these to help my daughter sleep, she said they are helping her. I need more than 2mg, but she said these do just the trick and these will last her a long time since she doesnt take them every night.

This melatonin supplement works wonderfully for me. I love that it is in a relatively low dose so I could use these to fine tune my dose hand use others as my main sleep supplements. I feel as if they are great quality and have no complaints. Sleep quality was good and I woke up easily and refreshed on 16 mg. total. It’s a great value, too, as you get hundreds of gel pills for the money. They have no taste at all which is great, and they don’t burst easily either, which is really great. I highly recommend them! 5/5

Seem to work okay, but no third party testing or certification.
You may have seem articles that many supplements, chocolates, and spices like cinnamon are contaminated with lead and other heavy metals, or sometimes bacteria. The preferred workaround is third party testing from a meaningful group, like UL, NSF, or US pharmacopeia. ( unidentified third parties don’t count!) A bare minimum for me is that the product s are made in a GMP certified facility.These have zero labeling to that effect ( minus one star ) and no testing indicator either. ( minus one star )While it’s not a deal breaker for me, it should be noted that these are not gluten free.Strictly as melatonin, I find them easy to swallow. They seem effective too – It’s easier sleeping, and I have the tell-tale melatonin slight grogginess waking up.

THESE PILLS ENDED MY PROBLEMS SLEEPING FOR LONG TIMES. I ONLY SLEPT 3 TO 4 HOURS A DAY AND WOKE UP AND COULD NOT GO BACK TO SLEEP. BUT SINCE I STARTED TAKING THESE PILLS I SLEEP UP TO 9 HOURS AND I WAKE UP WITH MORE ENERGY. THESE PILLS ARE VERY EFFECTIVE. I RECOMMEND THEM 100%.

Not the best value, but works good.
I’ve only tried this melatonin a few times, but it sure does the trick! I wake up feeling pretty good and not too groggy, which is a win in my book. The key here is the small dose – just 1 or 2mg, according to the latest research from MIT. When it comes to melatonin, less is definitely more!I used to take gummies, which work right away, but this one takes its time getting through your system. I think it gets absorbed more slowly and lasts longer, meaning it keeps you asleep for longer. Personally, I’m not a fan of gummies, especially after brushing my teeth for the night. Who wants to go through that again?Now, about the prices. Melatonin prices are all over the place, but these are reasonably priced. It’s a popular brand with good reviews and ratings, so you know you’re getting quality. It’s best to take this about 30 minutes before bedtime, but if you’re already in bed and can’t sleep, a 1mg gummy (or even 0.25mg) can work quickly. It’s always good to have both options handy!
