Excellent! It works wonders in a nice hot bath. This sitz bath is brown , and does tend to leave a light brown residue in the tub.

This stuff is Gross!!!
I tried 3 different brands. The other two were a white material, but this stuff is Gross brown. It discolors the sitz bath, the toilet bowl, the skin on your body, the drips on the floor and takes out your towel after each use. I threw it out after the first try. I really did not notice if it worked, and since I tried using the sitz bath, I have not noticed any improvement from any of these salts. So, that’s been a waste of time and effort.
