Soy without the calories
These are quite large and a serving is three capsules. I drink soy milk because I think it helps reduce hot flashes, but that is a lot of calories. I started taking these to reduce how much soy milk I drink. Seems to have the same effect for me.

This product is a capsule of isoflavone, which is effective in regulating hormone balance.The capsules are tasteless and odorless, but a little large and difficult to swallow.It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day.Since the capsules are a bit large for me and I have to take three of them, I am not sure if I can continue taking them for a long period of time.
