Awesome fiber that mixes right into hot beverages
This is a great fiber supplement that allows me to get extra fiber in an easy way. It mixes well in my hot coffee or tea and has not caused me any stomach issues. I didn’t want to take a pill or a gummy filled with sugar and this is a great alternative that has no taste and is very easy to use.

Great supplement to add to water
I was very skeptical about how it would mix, but it mixes so well. It’s super smooth and I can’t even tell it’s in the water. There is no taste, no smell, and no texture. It helps extremely well with my digestive process and makes me regular. I have put this on my auto ship. I highly recommend it.

Good product.
Dissolves better than others I’ve tried and so work it helps pretty quickly. No taste, no grit, and works good. The price was a bit high but overall I’d recommend trying it.

No taste when mixed with water
I usually don’t mix any powered with water, but this one I did and it tastes the same. I like that there is no taste and it mixes easily. I add a little hot water then finish with cold. Consistency reminds me of collagen powder. It helps with bowel movements since I’m on medication that makes me constipated. Very easy to use and easy to drink. Will buy again!

My opinion is conflicted
I’ve taken it now for nearly two weeks and I really don’t notice much of a difference. It does dissolve easily , and is tasteless. However I am conflicted on its effectiveness and probably won’t rebuy it!
