This product works great! Just keep in mind that it’s huge. It will take up a ton of space in your cabinets or wherever you place it. It’s about the size of a bigger water bottle, but that’s expected with how many there are in the bigger size. Highly recommend though!

Product Review: Fiber PillsI started taking these fiber pills in June 2025, following the a dosage of 6 pills per day (3 in the morning and 3 at night). Initially, they worked quickly, inducing bowel movements within an hour or so.However, after about two months of use (June to August), I’ve noticed a significant slowdown in their effectiveness.More concerning are the side effects I’ve experienced, including:- Stomach cramps- Headaches- Throat swellingGiven these adverse reactions, I’ve decided to discontinue use for my safety.
