I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 80% full, which is pretty good nowadays.If used as directed it will last one year.The “best before” date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom of the bottle!) is July 31, 2028.The small capsules have a clean scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says made and quality tested in the USA. The product page says 3rd-party tested and manufactured to cGMP standards.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. The bulksupplements site is functional, and says they have COAs (Certificate of Authenticity) available for all their products. All supplement companies should do that. I don’t see a phone number but they do have a chat feature and Contact page form on the website, and they have a listing on Google Maps with both an address and phone number.I found an article from the end of 2023 done by an online lab which tested 15 supplements from BulkSupplements, and 1/3 of them did not pass. Reasons included some that contained almost none of the advertised supplement, one had toxic metals, and another had 2.75x more potassium chloride in it than was listed on the label (noteworthy because that is involved with electrical signaling of the heart). I still include this because one thing I admire about them is that they went to work immediately to resolve those issues. Respect.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I have used many supplements from this company with good, no negative, effects. I like their prices and the absence of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. I have used DIM supplements before with good results. And it’s nice to know the product is coming from an established company.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Good value and quality bulk DIM
This DIM is a great value at about $20 for a full 365 days of servings. BulkSupplements has both GMP and NSF certifications and does extensive quality testing, which is great for a budget brand.DIM is supposed to potentially help balance out your estrogen and while that’s hard to measure I definitely haven’t had any negative effects from taking it and I feel pretty safe taking it given the amount of quality control the company does.I’ve seen there are some suggestions to take CDG to compliment this which may be worth looking into as they seem to come pretty commonly as a combined supplement, though this DIM only supplement is still extremely well priced on its own so I would highly recommend it.

I’ve been using DIM for a long time, and this product met my expectations. The ingredients are clean and reliable, and the capsule is easy to swallow. I noticed its effects without affecting my sleep quality. It’s very good value for the price, has a neutral taste, and is easy to use. Great DIM Supplement
This is a very good quality DIM supplement in 200mg strength. I got another from the same company that is 400mg and for me that is better because I want it to stop estrogen while I am taking my testosterone replacement therapy. I guess the dosage is something you will need to consult your healthcare professional about. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no bad taste or smell. As a one year supply, this is a great value, but if you need a higher dose, it is almost the same exact price for 400mg from the same company.

Easy to take, good company, generous supply
I am very picky about the supplement companies I will use, because there are so many out there and the regulations are not as stringent as I would like them to be. So I research a ton and am very loyal when I find ones that I trust, and Bulk Supplements is one of those companies that I put my trust in. They have high quality supplements for reasonable prices, and I’ve never been disappointed with them in all my years of using them.That said, I have been looking into taking DIM capsules for a while, and so I was very happy to find these. I was put into surgical menopause last year, and managing my symptoms has become a big part of my life these days. I had heard amazing things about DIM both for managing my symptoms, as well as for controlling inflammation (which is a problem I also have), and so I was really excited to give them a try. First the capsules themselves are easy to swallow, and I’ve had no stomach issues taking them. I’ve only been taking them a short period so I can’t attest to their efficacy, but these are easy to take and so far I have been tolerating them just fine. I also like that it comes with a full year supply, so I can give them time to work without having to recommit to another bottle before seeing the results.
