Quality DIM that is affordable
I was so tired of the cost of not only the bio identical hormones but then on top of that I also had to purchase DIM. What they sell to go along with the pellets is pricey so I looked for alternatives. I found this product and it had good reviews. I will say it worked nicely and I feel a little better about having a quality product that is easier on the wallet.

Gave me horrific migraines
Use at your own risk – it gave me massive migraines after only a day of use. To be sure it was this product, I continued to use it for 3 days. I had migraines every day, started to feel dizzy and sick to my stomach. Nothing else in my daily routine had changed except adding this supplement into my routine. I stopped taking it, headaches lasted two more days and then subsided. It might be a great product for others, but it made me sick – please be mindful when taking.
