This actually works for my hot flashes
These have saved me at night! If I miss just one pill, my hot flashes come back. It’s happened multiple times that I wake with hot flashes and then notice the following morning that my pill is still on the counter. They have definitely helped and I plan to keep in my daily regimen. This is the first and only thing I’ve tried for my hot flashes thus far, and gladly with success.

Never slept so good
I have been experiencing sleep disturbances all year, My whole life I have slept like a rock but over the last year I noticed I wake up several times during the night and have a hard time going back to sleep, also waking up much earlier than I ever have. That is annoying cuz I want rest, I saw a difference in my sleep after one night. Took it again the next day and slept even better, I was googling and asking chat GPT how that even helps and it did not answer my questions but I 100% know what was this. I will absolutely keep taking as I am 44 and although the sleep thing is the only perimonopause symptom I have, this has to be helping. And I am shocked at kicks in so quickly. I haven’t take long-term but just from a couple days I highly recommend because it is clearly doing something

Good alternative
I started taking 2 a day and that was to much, so 1 a day has worked effectively for me.I love the brand, but can be a bit pricey on select items.

Softens are Small enough I can swallow
I finally found a company that makes Evening Primrose small enough that I can swallow it. I’ve bought other brands only to be disappointed on how large they’re and was unable to take them. I wanted to try primrose from all the great reviews I’ve read. Now I can try it. Good price for 240 softgels x2 a day. Seems to have all the benefits as the others and non gmo. I will update in a couple weeks.

Big gel caps
I like this product. The gel caps are huge not like smaller gel caps. I was shocked but enjoying the benefits.
