Taking to prepare for labor
EPO was recommended to help my body prepare for labor and delivery in a couple of weeks. I chose this company because I’ve had good results in the past with other products. But all the pills are stuck together! Every pill take I have to pry them apart and hope I don’t break it and spill the oil everywhere. I’m assuming the package got too hot or something. Although I also received their Balance Oil in the same package and those were fine.

Feel the difference immediately
My skin feels fattier more plump. Not in a bad way just I seem less dehydrated. Not sure if this is what it’s supposed to do but I was clearly missing this in my supplement supply! Love it!

Going well so far, but pills are big and expensive.
I’ve only just started taking this product, so I don’t have a lot to say about it yet. It’s my first experience with evening primrose oil and with this brand, BodyBio, but it’s all good so far. The recommended dosage is two softgels a day, so that’s what I’ve been taking. I will say that I wish these pills weren’t so large, only because I already take a few other oils and other supplements, and some of those are kind of big, too. But at least these are very easy to swallow. I haven’t noticed any weird after effects, either, thankfully. This product is expensive, though, so I will be expecting some good results. I will update my review if I notice anything dramatic one way or the other. For now, no problems, and I hope it’s worth its price tag!
