3rd Party Lab Tested With Results You Can See
I started taking these because I really like the ingredients plus they are not only 3rd party lab tested for purity, but you can actually scan the QR code to see the lab results. That is very impressive to me because I try to find supplements from brands that are high quality and can be trusted. The other reason I really like these supplements is because I only have to take one gel capsule.I was taking a different brand with DIM in it and I had to take 4 capsules a day! That was a bit overkill for me because I also take other supplements. It’s very inconvenient to have to take 4 capsule on top of my other vitamins and probiotic supplements. So far I have not had any side effects and I feel pretty good. I will continue to take them and see if I notice a difference.

Effective supplement, received good results after one week of use
I was using another brand of DIM supplement and happened to run out, and over a few weeks of not taking anything, I started getting symptoms that are common with middle-aged ladies (hot flashes, moodiness, sleeplessness, anxiety). I ordered this product (Lefiano Dim Ultra) hoping that it would help with my symptoms. This DIM supplement has twice the amount of DIM as my previous brand, and after taking this for exactly one week, I feel so much better! This supplement has been very effective for me, and the DIM used seems to be of good quality. Glad I’m not bursting into flames multiple times a day, and when they do come it’s a lot less intense. I’m sure with continued use, my symptoms will get even better.These capsules are easy to swallow, no taste, tan in color, made in the USA, and third party tested. This bottle is a 60 day supply, and the current price of $24 is a good deal. I would gladly order this product again.

Easy to take but not immediate
I tried these capsules during a period when I was hoping to improve skin clarity and overall balance. The capsules don’t have a strong taste, and I didn’t notice any digestive discomfort, which is a plus.The support they provided was subtle. My skin showed only slight improvements, and hormonal symptoms didn’t shift dramatically. It seems more like a preventative or maintenance supplement than something that produces noticeable changes quickly.

Appears to be a high-potency and good quality supplement
I’ve been taking a DIM supplement for a long time to support estrogen metabolism. The brand I usually take is well-known and has been in business for over 50 years. My supplement works, but it is only 100 mg of DIM in two capsules, so I have to take four capsules to make an effective difference. That gets very expensive.That’s why I was drawn to this Lefiano DIM Ultra 350mg, which contains 350 mg of DIM in just one capsule. The capsule size is average and has no taste or strong odor.I like that the product includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and it appears to be safe and as-described based on that information. I was surprised, though, that the CoA did not include a signature from an authorized quality assurance representative or the laboratory, certifying the accuracy of the document. There is no indication of who the accredited independent laboratory is.Nonetheless, I have begun using this, and I will know within the month if it works as well as or better than my usual brand. I’ll update my review accordingly.

I’ve been taking DIM for a few years—actually, about 7 years—and this particular supplement is a good one.It has 350 mg of DIM in one capsule, which is a higher dosage than I usually take, but I’m okay with it. It still works just as well or better than my normal dosage.It also has broccoli extract and BioPerine, which helps the DIM absorb better.I really like this brand. I usually know in a couple of days if the DIM isn’t good, and so far, I’m feeling the same as usual, which is good for me.If you have hormonal imbalances or want to help yourself detox, DIM is a great supplement to try.I haven’t had any adverse side effects, so in my opinion, this is a great brand to try if you’re either new to taking DIM or a seasoned pro.It has no taste that I’ve detected.They’re easy-to-swallow gel caps.The price seems reasonable for the quantity and milligrams.It may help you lose weight, but I lost weight after starting DIM years ago, so that ship has sailed, I think.I’m feeling pretty good, and I’m glad I was able to try them out.I highly recommend it.

Stronger than some brands
I have been taking DIM for a few years now and usually take broccoli or sulforaphane separately to go with it, so it’s nice that they added it to this ultra formula. I have found that DIM does act to limit the intensity of some hormonal issues that began as I was getting older. I do notice when I don’t take it. This brand is a little stronger than the one I have been taking that only had 200mg. This DIM Ultra comes with 60 capsules that contain 350mg of DIM. The capsule is a bit smaller than the typical capsule so it’s easy for me to swallow. All the capsules appear to be well sealed and there were no opened ones in my bottle. I like that they included a QR code to the product lab testing, as that shows transparency. These are all things that make me think this is a quality product.

Doesn’t work
Made me restless. I started to get headaches and made me toss and turn all night. Once I stopped taking, I was able to sleep again. Made my sweat during sleep too. Definitely messed with my hormones instead of helping it.
