Good flavor and easy to chew
I like these Nutricost fiber Gummies, especially that they have 6 g of fiber per dosage keeping in mind one serving size is 2 gummies. While I do wish it had soluble fiber in addition to the dietary kind, this is a good amount of fiber, and I am able to add it to my daily routine. It has a very pleasant berry flavor and they’re easy to chew and the texture was very smooth, and I had no digestive issues as a result of taking them. unlike some Gummies, these did not stick together in the container, which made them much easier to get out and to put in my daily vitamin container that I take with me to work. They’re effective and a good value for the money.

I think this is the first time I’ve ever had a gummy supplement actually taste anything like what it claims to taste like! I was definitely surprised, haha!These Nutricost fiber with chicory gummies have a low sugar content (1g from natural sources) with 7g of fiber per 2 gummi serving! Now, they DO contain chicory root, which can help lower blood sugar, so diabetics should monitor their sugars more closely to see how it will affect you. Chicory can also stimulate bile production, so if you are prone to gallstones, keep an eye out for gallbladder symptoms.Easy to use and good quality! Just pop a couple in your mouth and chew! No grainy, gritty texture, no real choking risk (unless you inhale them, which you really shouldn’t do.) Have definitely helped promote my regularity since my post-op medications messed it all up! They absolutely do work, along with a halfway decent diet and adequate fluid intake. Almost made me want to order an “I’m a super pooper” sticker like my grandson got when he was potty training LOL!

The gummies are like a fiber supplement that is easy to take because they have a small snack feeling instead of a chore. They are firm but not strenuous, do not stick to the teeth, the smell is pleasant, and the berry flavor is nice enough that taking two a day feels easy to remember. The fiber amount in each serving seems pretty good and enough for daily digestive support.The downsides are that the taste may not appeal to all like my siblings do not like the taste, and my the bottle arrived with a slightly damaged exterior, although the product inside was perfectly fine. For a person desiring a vegan fiber source without the hassle of mixing powders or swallowing large capsules, this one seems to be a practical and good-value choice to be incorporated into a daily routine.

I didn’t enjoy the taste that much, but still happy with the product
These are pretty large, chewy gummies. I wouldn’t say they are anything special, but since they contain as much fiber as a tablespoon of the powder I usually take, that’s pretty good. They are a lot faster and easier to take, but also more expensive so I guess it balances out. I’ve had good experiences with this brand name, so I’m happy to recommend them.My one complaint is the flavor, but it’s not offensively bad, just subtle. The berry flavor is pretty mild, not very sweet, and painfully artificial-tasting when you get a big whiff of it. Actually, I think it’s mostly just some berry perfume and hardly any taste to speak of. If these were supposed to be candy, I’d be pretty disappointed, but for a supplement they are fine.

The texture of these gummies are on the firm side, and require a bit of chewing. On the plus side, they do not stick to your teeth. An enjoyable way to take fiber that feels like having a treat
Never thought I would be this into fiber, but here we are. I need fiber to actually help bulk and firm up my.. well you know. But fiber normally isn’t fun to take. The powders and mixes and raw forms are all pretty awful. I had no idea fiber could be made into a gummy form and actually taste good and also be affordable. This checks all of those boxes. For the first time in my life I’m getting the fiber I need and look forward to taking these every day. The bottle has some residue inside it but that’s just the nature of slippery gummies sliding around inside plastic – it’s going to leave a bit of a coating inside the bottle. This didn’t bother me at all just mentioning it. I’m noticing more regular satisfying digestion and elimination on these.
