30 day supply wasn’t enough to notice a big difference
As a 40+ year old woman I’ve found my hormones going somewhat haywire at times and I find myself looking for supplements to help with the imbalance. I’ve been using these for a month now, and while I appreciate the Niacin and Zinc that are included in this DIM supplement, I haven’t noticed any significant changes since taking it. These are very easy to swallow pills, and have no taste to them. It is possible that I would see a more positive benefit after taking them for a longer period of time, as this is usually the case with most supplements, but this only comes with a 30 day supply.

Super balanced great product!
I have been taking the 4Well Products DIM Supplement 370mg for a few weeks and I can already tell it is making a difference. I feel more balanced, less bloated, and my energy has been steadier throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no bad aftertaste, which I really appreciate.I also like that it includes BioPerine to help with absorption. Not every DIM supplement has that. Good starter dose for self administration
I’ve started taking Dim to help with mid life hormone issues.Dim has some studies under its belt, with potential hormone balance comes some benefits like clear skin, energy (and subsequent weight management), and inflammation.The pills themselves are clean and odorless, off-white, and easy to swallow. No excess powder or debris in the jar which indicates good processing practices.I’ve only been taking it for about a week, and the compound has various degrees of effectiveness based on individual, but so far so good.I took one star away because despite an obviously quality offering and well managed website, I would like to see published accreditation or test results, since this is a substance we’re expected to consume. I’d be willing to review my score if this data was made available.Otherwise, it’s a good starter dose and quantity, you don’t have to buy a year’s worth to see if it’s right for you.

Trying out dim for its anti inflammatory properties and acne benefits.Not sure for long term but bottle is small enough to give it a good run, especially since we are still in early research.Pills are easy to take and they feel well made, always take it with food so no upset stomach so far.Decent value for its size I would say to at least go on a trial run and see how well it works for you since its bound to be different for everyone.
