VERY GOOD…..stick to larger quantity pack and not the individual single serving packets.
By the large quantity pack. I made the mistake of buying from 310 directly – the individual serving packs and those are NOT the same. Not sure if because it was near expirations but the quality of taste is not equal. This larger pack with the scoop is the way to go…very good. I actually mix one scoop with 12 oz water, plus ice and it dilutes to the perfect strawberry taste.

Great way to lose weight!
I’m a firm believer in 310. Everything they sell is of the best quality, and healthy for you. I lost 40 lbs. a couple of years back drinking the shakes & using the greens and reds faithfully, AND I felt the best I ever felt! I have a constant sweet tooth & these shakes stopped those cravings while controlling my appetite, too. I had to stop the products because I I’m no longer working and I just can’t afford it any longer. The only cons to 310 are that other than chocolate & vanilla, every flavor tastes the same to me, though there’s 2-3 I haven’t tried yet. Also, the price- I can’t forget that! When I started the shakes two years ago, I believe it was $55 and now it’s $65 or more for a month’s supply.

gritty, flavor ok, pricey
I need a daily chocolate fix, so I lean towards shakes – some chocolatey snack that isn’t terribly unhealthy. I consider myself familiar with chocolate shake products on the market. I decided to finally try something different (well knowing this is too expensive for me). This product is quite sweet (sickly) and I am not sure why or what from based on ingredient list. I used 1c of unsweetened almond milk and needed to further dilute with additional 1/2c because it still tasted too sweet. It has a sandy feeling in the mouth, I think underneath there is a fairly decent chocolate flavor. I also like to add a banana to shakes for more substance. As for meal replacement, well as I said I don’t utilize shakes for that reason…for me it’s a healthy chocolate fix and, anything providing a mere 110 calories is by no means a meal replacement. If this product was half the price, I would purchase again because of the decent chocolate flavor (I could live with the sandy mouth feel), but the cost is prohibitive for me.

Best meal replacement so far
I’ve been drinking the vanilla flavor with cold water for about a month now, and I am very happy with the results. I “fast” every Monday by only consuming liquid food. It has helped me lose 10 pounds since I started and I have kept it off. I eat normally the rest of the week and exercise too.I wanted a meal replacement drink without the sugar and calories. After doing research and trying three different brands, I have decided 310 is my now permanent solution. I mix the vanilla (only flavor I’ve tried) with just water and drink it. It tastes like a powder drink – neither good or bad. I don’t understand the reviews that say it’s “god awful” because that’s not my experience with it. More importantly though, it does a really really good job of making me feel full. This fullness lasts me about 3-4 hours before I start thinking about eating something again. I then have another drink and am satisfied again. I do this 3x on Mondays and then drink water the rest of the time. This drink has really helped me achieve my weekly cleansing and weight loss goals. Highly recommend.
