My recent bloodwork came back and my vitamin D level was very good, so I suppose you could say these actually contain vitamin D. They haven’t been sticky or stuck together on any of the orders I’ve made over the summer. They taste pretty good too. Smell is fine. Easy to chew.

These are DELICIOUS and they got my Vitamin D levels in my CBC back to a healthy range within a month. However, they contain red dye and lots of sugar per serving. I’m sure there are much healthier options out there. But I will keep buying these because they work and they taste great

It really is difficult to find ones that are both gummy and also not made with gelatin.They taste good, so if you have kids you’ll want to hide it from them so they don’t eat them like candy.I however keep mine in the fridge because they get a little bit to squishy and sticky if I leave them on the counter.
