I always thought that DIM was a supplement for women for its potent estrogen and overall hormone-balancing effects. I am finding, though, that researchers are finding benefits unique to men. DIM works by supporting good estrogen metabolites and reducing the less desirable, or ‘bad,’ estrogen metabolites. It has been shown to inhibit the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone to estrogen. Adequate testosterone levels are linked to decreased body fat, healthy muscle mass, more energy, and boosted stamina and libido. Along with testosterone support, they are finding DIM has also proven to protect against prostate issues and support bladder control with age. These capsules are made in the US by a company that has several highly rated products. The capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. I may be adding it to my regular program.

Low Dose DIM Supplement
If you’re a male, experience low energy, carry excess body fat, and have serious mood swings, then DIM might be a supplement for you. It can help balance the estrogen levels in your system. High estrogen levels in males can contribute to the symptoms I mentioned. Diindolylmethane has been shown to reduce estrogen levels which can, in turn, increase testosterone levels due to the new chemical balance in your system.This DIM is a very low dosage compared to what I’ve been using. It has only 150mg of Diindolylmethane. My current DIM supplement has 400mg. Therefore, I’d have to ingest 3 of these to have the same effect, which wouldn’t be very cost-effective. Therefore, I will use this bottle, then stick with my current brand.**NOTE** Always consult a physician before experimenting with estrogen blockers such as this. There are negative side effects if not taken properly.

No side effects, but not sure if helping either?
I read up on Diindolylmethane, as I was not familiar with it. Said it is made from cruciferous vegetables & safe in small quantities for a period of up to a year, so I thought I would give it a try. I have had no side effects that are noticeable, but have been taking for a week & do not notice any major changes either. I am post menopausal & thought perhaps this might help with some of the changes I have experienced. As the listing states it can help joints & bones, perhaps it is helping on the inside. Sometimes with these things, you need to take for a while before you notice a difference. I intend to continue to take until the bottle is gone & will update if I see any major improvements. At this point, no outward pros or cons, although these things can affect people differently.

Excellent Ingredients and Strength!
I take this for testosterone support. Men often take testosterone boosting supplements and overlook estrogen blockers. A certain amount of testosterone is turned into estrogen in men and women. It could possibly be harmful causing different health problems. DIM may help to suppress the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. This supplement also contains broccoli extract for hormone balance support, calcium d-glucarate which may decrease estrogen levels, and bioprene for increased absorbtion. It’s a great strength of DIM at 150 mg per one capsule serving. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. The bottle contains a one month supply. Great price for the ingredients and strength.

Helped with my thinning hair
I have been thinning along my part and though the center of my scalp. I don’t have thyroid issues nor was my dermatologist able to help me outside of monoxidil. My hair definitely feels and looks fuller since I have used this for about a month. I ordered another 2 bottles just in case they stop stocking it. I take this in the morning with breakfast and PLENTY OF WATER. there isn’t a noticeable flavor or taste when taking this

Unfortunately, the ingredients in these capsules differ from what the listed ingredients are on Amazon. I would never take a supplement that has titanium dioxide. It is a potential carcinogen, and may increase your risk of colorectal cancer. It accumulates in several organs in the body.This company has a very rudimentary website with absolutely no information and simply redirects you to Amazon. It’s ironic, that wanting to take a supplement that could potentially lessen your risk for breast cancer contains an ingredient that increases your risk of other cancers. Hard pass!
