I’m glad I finally tried something to help with perimenopause
I like that these supplements are comprised of all natural ingredients that I don’t have to feel bad about taking. These capsules are very easy for me to swallow and I do not mind the herbal flavor I detect when taking them.I’d say it was a week or so after I started taking these that I noticed an improvement in my concentration. I was able to focus on tasks and actually complete them instead of getting distracted or sleepy. That has been the most noticeable effect for me. I also do feel a new calmness about things in life. I don’t feel wound quite so tight and stressed all the time.I am also happy to say that I’ve experienced no noticeable ill effects from taking these. I have been wanting to try something, but felt overwhelmed and nervous. I am glad I took the leap and found something to help with the crazy perimenapause symptoms I’ve developed.My one complaint is cost, but I don’t honestly know what a reasonable price is for this type of supplement. I just know I may not be able to continue taking it at the current price.

Hot Flashes Be Gone!!
This stuff is AMAZING! Within 3 nights I noticed a difference and started sleeping again at night without any hot flashes at all! I was taking just black cohosh and that worked for a while but then seemed to stop. I now take both black cohosh and Hot Flash and my Hot flashes are gone!!!

Definite help as an added part of my symptom management
I could not live without these supplements. I have been suffering with hot flashes and night sweats since I was 35 and found these a few years ago as everything continues to get worse. I take them at night used with other helps to give me some peace. I would not expect them to work solo or to wipe out your symptoms entirely. While possible, it is just not practical since all women suffer differently and with different triggers.

I used to love this product from whole foods, but now im not sure what happened it is not as effective, it also has like a licorice or anise flavor as you place it in your tongue to swallow. I dislike it so much. It was never like that. Too expensive for the price. Although the seller did not want to cancel my order, I was skeptical to buy from an unknown seller. I have gotten it from here because of the price.

Good for easing hot flashes
Really helped with hot flashes I mean it doesn’t take the hot flashes away completely but it did help tremendously. I think that this product is the only one that I had tried that did help.

By far hands down the BEST supplement that I’ve tried so far and I’ve tried a bunch. Helps with my overall mood, cramps and headaches and hot flashes are much less severe as well ! The aftertaste is fennel but I don’t mind that ! This is the only perimenopausal supplement that I will use!
