HUGE help for my SI joint pain and lower back pain
This pillow has helped tremendously with my SI joint pain in my pelvis and lower back pain during pregnancy. It aligns my spine and hips perfectly, and right after starting using it I was waking up with less pain in the mornings and having less pain throughout the day which feels like a miracle because nothing else was helping. It provides the perfect amount of light support for my belly when I move it into place, but there’s also room to sleep without my belly on the pillow which I prefer sometimes. The cover is super easy to wash, it’s holding up perfectly after a couple weeks of use, and I love that it comes with a thin plastic carry bag for when we go on trips. I won’t go anywhere without it!

Amazing!!! Just buy it!!
I bought this in my first trimester. I am now 39 weeks pregnant, I’ve used it my whole pregnancy, and I have been in love with it the whole time!!! A lot of people complained about the material being very stiff, but I thought it was very comfortable and washing it a few times with fabric softener helped big time. I love that it is not super huge and bulky like a lot of the U-shaped pregnancy pillows! I tried a couple others before I landed on this one. The pillow part for your head is the perfect height for side sleeping so you don’t get a kink in your neck which is the main problem I ran into with the other pillows I tried. I will say that I gave it four stars for support BECAUSE being 39 weeks pregnant now I don’t feel like it provides much belly support for side sleeping and I’d recommend pairing it with something that will hold your belly up better in your mid section, but sleeping when you’re this pregnant is hard all around anyways haha.Bonus: I liked having the half pillow, so I can still snuggle up with my hubby before bed and be comfortable hauling around a big belly haha. JUST BUY IT!

Great for pregnancy support during the day
I purchased this around the end of my 1st trimester and now I’m almost 8 months pregnant. Here’s what I like and dislike about this pillow.Pros: I love using this pillow during the day, for back support while I watch TV or work on my laptop. I can use it on the couch and it’s super comfortable. I usually wrap the skinny side around my back and use the fatter side to rest my laptop on top. Of course, there are other products that do this (lap setups for working on the computer), but this seems like a really comfy option. I can see using this beyond pregnancy since I often like to work on the computer while on the couch. I can also see using this as a nursing pillow instead of buying a separate one– it seems like it could provide similar support that other nursing pillows do– I guess I’ll find this out eventually! Or eventually, using it during bedtime stories during toddlerhood. The fact that this pillow can serve multiple purpose and that it’s not just a uni-tasker is a plus for me. A lot of the pregnancy pillows are large, so I was hesitant to purchase one. I can say that this pillow is worth the purchase if you would consider using it for multiple purposes.Cons: I had purchased this hoping to get more support while sleeping, as my sleep has been a little bit restless during pregnancy. I have tried the pillow in a variety of different configurations when sleeping, all to varying levels of success. It worked well for me during the 1st and 2nd trimesters, but my 3rd trimester has brought an increase in back pain, so now I feel like I could use some different support. I have tried the S shape shown in pictures, but found it was not comfortable for my legs to rest on, so now sometimes I just use the top (flatter) part to support my upper body. Recently, I tried using it as more of a side sleeper pillow and wedging myself in between both sides (so the pillow is horizontal instead of vertical)– note that this is probably only possible for someone in a king bed, it would probably be a tight squeeze if you have a queen. This seemed to relieve my back pain a little, but I did take another soft pillow and place it in the middle portion to further wedge myself in. Now, I primarily use this pillow during the day while working from home or while searching the internet or watching TV.Final thoughts:Ultimately, I’m glad I purchased this pillow, especially because I enjoy using it beyond its original purpose. In all honesty, I don’t think any pregnancy pillow will solve all of your sleep problems, as you’ll probably be waking up pretty frequently to use the restroom and will be uncomfortable to some extent. I wish it helped alleviate my nightly back pain a little more, but I’m still glad to have it. I would definitely recommend this pillow, but know that you may need to use your existing pillows to help supplement your setup and figure out what sleep experience works best for you. According to my mom, pregnancy pillows are a new thing specific to our generation– meaning that many women have gone through pregnancy without one. Will it cure all of your sleep issues? No. But will it provide a little dose of comfort and help you have a bit of extra support? Yes.

Great for stomach sleepers!
This has helped me not roll onto my stomach. I’m a stomach sleep. But I’m 21 weeks pregnant now and it’s been gradually getting more painful to sleep on my stomach (for obvious reasons, haha). This has helped me from rolling into my stomach in my sleep. The downside, and it’s probably just because of added bby weight is that my outer hips ache, but that’s probably from the weight being put on the due to side sleeping. But I would totally recommend this pillow. It doesn’t take up as much room in our bed (for that, my husband is grateful) and it helps me be able to sleep on both sides.

Not for tall people
I have been using it for about a month now, it is fine enough that I am still using it but have noticed a lot more neck and shoulder pain. I am 5″10″ (with a very short torso, I might add) and it is too short to use as shown in the picture. I have started putting my head on a regular pillow and using this only for my belly and legs. I only have 2 more months of this pregnancy and will be getting a different pillow for my next.

Great pregnancy pillow!
I am 30 weeks and finally got this pregnancy pillow, and I have to say I’m very happy with it. I personally was already having trouble turning from one side to the other, and I feel this one pillow has seriously improved my comfort sleeping on one side. I just hug it and sleep all night comfortably without feeling the need to switch sides. I definitely was having trouble sleeping so I’m very grateful for this pillow!I will say that I needed to find the correct position of the pillow to make myself comfortable… I am 5’4” and I personally twisted the pillow once in the middle to find the position that maximized my comfort. And I personally like that the pillow is medium-fluffy… a friend gave me her super stuffed, long pillow and I found it way to massive for me personally. We have a queen size bed, and while this pillow does take up space, it’s a comfortable amount of space for me, my husband and cat to sleep comfortably.

No support really not a great product I tried to return and they would not pay for shipping it would cost as much to return as I paid for it so not buy this it’s a terrible product and their return policy is kind of a joke

So comfy and made perfectly to hug your growing belly. I still use it post-pregnancy and love it.

The cover is easy to clean and put back on. It’s comfy and practical.I’m now 37 weeks pregnant and I found this most comfortable during my second trimester, it really helped me get a restful nights sleep. I’m not sure if I would recommend this to anyone taller than 5”6 though as I’m this height and it’s just about the right length for me.I will continue to use this for nursing once baby arrives.

I was very on the fence if I needed a pregnancy pillow or not. However at 20 weeks, my hips, shoulders and low back were starting to need support beyond a normal pillow between my legs. I landed on the Boppy and I’m super glad I did. Though I feel the proportions are off given my height slightly (I’m 5’8″) the pillow may have been designed for someone shorter. Overall my neck, back and hips are all supported and I love I can manipulate it to sit on the couch with it for extra back and leg support. Excellent purchase.
