Works great for my Senior Citizen Mom
This has been helping my Mom who’s in her late 70’s regain strength in her legs to walk better. We usually have her peddler for 15-20 minutes a day so it’s not too overwhelming for her. She says she definitely feels it in her legs and thighs. The speed is easy to adjust, just turn the nob, the rubber grips help with keeping it sturdy and effective.

Get this!!! there is literally very little set up.. Put a battery in ..turn a screw. This is quiet and easy to use! i have an exercise bike in the garage that I never use because it’s bulky to bring into the living uncomfortable to sit on.. This is awesome because you can use your couch ..a chair..I love it! It doesn’t slip on my tile floor.. But I could easily put a small rug under it if I needed to…

This is such a great product, well worth buying . Helps to keep your legs in shape when you cannot get out to ride a bike . This product is also good for the elderly to keep their legs moving preventing them from having to use a wheelchair. I recommend to anyone

Exerciser – Good, Electronic Display – BAD!
The unit itself is sturdy, however the electronic display doesn’t function at all. I placed the furnished battery in the unit, tried it out for a bit and NOTHING. I replaced their battery with a fresh AAA battery, tried the exerciser again, and still nothing. I had intended to us this for my arms on a table top, since I have an older unit for the floor and that display unit works. So, I guess I’ll just refer to my old one and give up on the one that came with the Vaunn unit.

Exerciser is great to use while sitting
I’ve used the exerciser twice since receiving it two days ago. I have wooden floors and the exerciser is constantly moving around while I pedal – very annoying. It’s not stable at all. Also the pedal straps were too big and my husband struggled to open the straps to make it smaller as it was very stiff & difficult to press it over the buttons – hoping the strap wouldn’t split. Even after that I struggled to keep my feet from sliding off. My husband used it and he had no problems keeping his feet in the straps and hardly any movement while pedalling. Tomorrow I’m going to try again with sneakers on. When it’s working properly this exerciser is great but the constant moving/hopping makes pedalling awkward – hence the 4*. I’m going to keep using the exerciser both for my arms and legs – the health benefit outweighs the instability of the machineI really appreciated the item came ready-to-go and with a battery included for the digital display. The quality is very decent and good value for moneyNo more just passive sitting, I can be exercising while watching TV, reading, at my desk, playing a game on my phone etc.
