These are made well and offer a great variety of tension. They have been used everyday and are holding up fine. They are long enough. My only issue is how wide they are. The width isn’t a deal breaker. I prefer bands not as wide. They tie securely if you need them tied around knee, calves etc.. Good option to use at home.

I got so strong from my regular resistance bands the bands broke. Ive been using the heaviest one a week now and they seem to be able to keep up with me

Would love them but these bands are not durable.
We ordered these bands for gym use, and were very excited to use them!The 3 shades were very pleasing to the eye, and they had different strengths which was perfect.Unfortunately, after just over a month of use, we had multiple bands break…we tried to contact the seller regarding this, but after the 30-day Return window there is really no way to get in contact it seems, even just to contact (not trying to get a refund).
