Kettlebell swings & workout is a little new to me. I bought a 25# & a 15#. I love the soft hand grip bc it’s Easy on the hands yet firm enough to swing and the sand bottom ensures I don’t mess up my floors! They color is just fun! Great product!

Good quality kettle bell. Nice to not worry about breaking something if you accidentally drop it
I got this for my wife and didn’t even realize it’s “soft” meaning not made of metal. That has an unexpected benefit which is that if you drop it, you don’t risk breaking whatever flooring you have, or breaking your toe if it lands on your foot (well that might still happen but I’d expect a lower probability compared to solid metal!). It feels like good quality and it’s a good weight for a lot of exercises.
