I have been using the Snailax shiatsu massager for over a week now, it’s my first using one of these, and it’s a real life saver !!! I decided to purchase that one because of the cordless feature and good reviews related to this brand: let me tell you it does not disappoint !! It comes in charged up and ready to use as soon as I opened the box, massage is very effective and reminds me of the efficacy of those “massaging chairs” me and my young son love to use at the airport :)… It really works on those trigger points and untangle muscle knots. The heat feature is pleasant while not too hot. It stops on its own after 15 minutes of massage as a safety feature, but all you have to do is press the on button again if you’re not through using it. The leather and casing is very comfortable and well made (not cheap looking). So far the battery life has been working great and hasn’t ran out of juice yet; it is fully charged within a couple hours of charging. I’m very impressed with this device and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat !! Truly a wonderful and soothing thing to own !! Shipping was super fast too!! So in love so far !!!❤ Thank you !!

This is the best for back/neck pain
My goodness this thing has been a life saver. I am 26 but suffer from pretty bad neck and back pain from bad posture/genetics/physical labor whatever it may be I just know I was in painnn all day and night and it was getting worse so I ordered this and the first time I used it holy moly I didn’t realize how many knots could be in one back.. I was sore for like 3 days because I probably over did it but WOW it was like a cure. No more tossing and turning all night from back pain, I don’t wake up with a crick in my neck everyday. I even got my spouse to use it and he’s obsessed too! He’s bigger so it doesn’t get the best spots for him like it does for me (I’m assuming) but he still uses it and says it helps a lot. I ordered a different brand resteck and returned it because we both preferred this one. It actually massages the knots out and gives so much relief. I stopped using it for a few weeks and my back and neck were getting tight and sore again and I just used it and instantly feel so much better. I’d recommend this specific one to anyone. I was iffy if I even needed the cordless but I’m glad it is because plugging it in all the time is actually annoying. It is built well for the price and I like the 2 speeds. The heat is too warm for me so I usually turn it off but I really have no complaints.

This massager really helps with my back and my neck when I have stiffness. I wish it got a little warmer but it’s good. I love the fact that when you charge it you can use it any where on the sofa or in bed.. great buy. Great value for the money .

Caution dangerous
First of all, I hated that it has those curved things on the end because they’re so bulky and hurt when the whole thing moves while it’s on. I really did like the fact that it heats until I realized it tore from the heat overnight and ripped down to the parts as I see now in all the other reviews from everyone else. It ripped down overnight and I didn’t even wake up while this happened because I was so tired and hadn’t slept much for days but until I woke up in the morning I felt burning and wet on my skin just to find out that it burned/scraped my skin to where I had blood and obviously it was raw so I had to get Vaseline and cover it up somehow to finish taking a shower because when the water would hit, it was burning so bad!!!! So now I have to wear gauze with tape on my lower back and buttox because that’s where it happened. Again, I never leave reviews at all because I hate typing and texting so much but I want others beware of what could happen. I would never want anyone to have to deal with that. It hurts so bad to sit especially on the toilet!!!! Now I have to deal with this burning scrape for the next several days. What a pain. So disappointed.

This thing is great! I am steelworker. So after six or seven days straight of busting rust and making dust, if goes without saying that my body definitely takes a beating during the better part of the week. This has been an absolute game changer. It acts as a second pair of hands so that you don’t have to inconvenience your partner, or better yet if you don’t have a partner.It has various settings for a light massage, medium and up to deep tissue. It has the vibrating as well as heating options . My preference is to run vibrating, and heat on the deep tissue massage setting. I use mine to target area as like upper and lower neck, shoulders, and blades,and all upper and lower back target zones.I’ve read where some customers use it on other parts of the body like legs, I find that doing so is a bit awkward and opt to use another designated device for such. As far as operation goes, It’s pretty straight forward, you simply throw it over your shoulder, or around your neck like you would a gym towel, and then slide your hands into the slots on both sides, select your preferred options, and let her rip. You’ll just need to move your arms while they’re in the straps to control the direction of the massage. And there you have it folks, instant relief. I would like to also add, that there is a reverse direction option on the control pad, for those who may be interested in knowing that detail. Also that it came pre-charged , and therefore I was able to use it right out of the box. The charge lasted for the better part of the week and it uses a standard AC adapter plug. I only wish that came in a protective dust cover or bag, so that I didn’t have to storage it in the original box. It’s well builds, doesn’t look or feel cheap and I feel like with the proper care, will last a very long time.

The product is pretty much just one massage session and is a great value for money. This product charges fast and is used cordless. Easy to travel with. You can (1) reverse the massage clockwise / counter clockwise, (2) change the heat setting, and (3) change the intensity. Highly recommended.

I love this purchase. Was pretty skeptical about it since i had no idea about the brand nor have I ever purchased any electronic devices online at the time but my whole family uses it. The charge lasts long enough and I love that you can use it on different parts of your body, some slightly not so convenient but hey if you can’t afford getting massages from professionals then this is the next best thing. I also work long hours at my desk so i started having a stiff and cramping back but I haven’t had the pain return since i used the massager for about 2 days in a row. I highly recommend it. Not rating it a 5 only because the design or placement of the buttons can be improved, it’s a bit of a stuggle sometimes to navigate to it and then to re-adjust the massagers position. But overall, great product.
