Superior to other multivitamins
Excellent quality. Easy to use, easy on stomach and overall well balanced multivitamin. Serving size is 4, and I was taking 2, twice a day. I ran low before restocking and ended up just taking 2, once a day, for a few weeks and still felt the benefits of it. I may go back to 4, but two a day seems good for me.

I love love love this product!
I am a 40 year old stroke survivor and in an effort to get healthier have started a transition into being an organic vegan. I decided to try these vitamins along with the other dietary changes I was making because I was formerly using gummy vitamins( a big no no for my new vegan diet) Along with my diet, these vitamins have been awesome. I tend to buy them two bottles at a time and I’m considering using the amazon subscription for them. I feel as if for me they boost my immune system and my energy level is higher! I’d read some reviews from others saying they were experiencing things such as rashes, but decided to give it a go anyway because everybody reacts differently to products. I’ve had no negative reaction to this product except the occasional panic when I know I’m almost out and haven’t ordered my refills! I hope this review was helpful. I fully intend to continue using this product as long as it is available!

Love how I feel
I have had the best luck with Rainbow Light vitamins. Seems they absorb well. I feel more energy when I take them. It is hard to explain but I feel better wholly taking these versus any other brand of comparable. There is no taste to speak of and I’ve never had stomachache issues from them. Value for the money is different per individual but since they seem effective for me, the cost is worth it.

This may be the last vitamin purchase you throw out.
These are the best vitamins I have found for my stomach issues. I was hesitant to try these since, I had already tried the Rainbow Light vitamins years ago that were not organic. They were so hash on my stomach that I had to throw them out. But, this new formula is great. Like some of the other reviewers I only take two a day with lunch since I already take prescription medicine in the morning for my thyroid that sets my stomach on edge. So, I have been taking these for at least six weeks without any stomach acid or after taste problems that other vitamins cause. I had even tried liquid vitamins and nutritional drinks with the same bad side effects. Since swallowing vitamins can also be an issue. These vitamins are in capsule form and seem to go down very easily. I have never had them stick in my throat like other pills. So, if you are about to give up on trying to find a vitamin supplement give these a try. They surely work for me.

Overall, good, but would like to see a few changes 🙂
I searched all over trying to find organic vitamins that were decently priced and decided to give Rainbow Light a shot. Since taking them the past couple of months, I’ve noticed my pre-menstrual breast tenderness has gone WAY down. They give me a nice energy when I take in the morning with my breakfast. They go down smoothly and do not make me nauseous or anything.I have anxiety issues, and when I first got these I took 4 with my morning coffee (as that is the serving size). That was a mistake, as it made me feel very anxious. So I started with one capsule, and then took 2, and discovered that if I take 3 or more it makes me anxious and gives me a headache. I think the headache came from the red clover, which mimics estrogen, because if I were to take birth control pills they would give me a migraine. Or maybe it’s the DIM complex.. or a combo of both. Everyone is different though. Regardless, I now I stick to 1-2 per day (one with breakfast, one with lunch) and I feel great. It says it can be taken with or without food, but I prefer to take with food, so the body digests it and ‘recognizes’ it as food.I love that these vitamins are gluten and soy-free, however I wish I could get an answer from someone regarding the goji berries. I am currently on an elimination diet, and goji berries are considered nightshades. I’m wondering how much the goji berries are in relation to the rest of the vitamins (esp. considering I only take 1-2 per day) but so far I haven’t received a response to my question. I’m not really understanding why the goji berries needed to be added, seeing as how people who are avoiding gluten, sugar, yeast etc also often have reactions to nightshades. I do like these vitamins, but I think I may try to find another one next time with strictly ‘regular’ vitamins and not all of the added antioxidant etc stuff, I don’t really think it’s necessary. I purchased these prior to removing nightshades from my diet.Overall, I think these vitamins are good, but would be better with all the ‘extra’ stuff added 🙂

Disappointing, requires taking 4 lg. difficult to swallow tabs, smaller bottle, poor substitution!
This is a poor replacement for the Women’s One. The Women’s One involves one tab a day. This new one involves taking FOUR a day and the tabs are even larger and are difficult to swallow. The one I was on was a supply for 150 days, this is for 30 days. It is NOT a value, I have difficulty swallowing one large tab, much less FOUR. If you truly are going to discontinue the Women’s One, then I will need to look elsewhere. This is unsatisfactory. If you can’t find an organic equivalent, then discontinue this order. I’ll go to my local organic food coop even tho it’s more expensive.
