An excellent oil diffuser!!!
Let me start off by saying that I had no interest in buy an oil diffuser but my coworker convinced me. After a some research, I decided to buy this one as it had excellent ratings and was well priced. When it arrived, I grabbed the directions, which were clear, concise, and easy to understand. Putting this diffuser together (as I had no idea what I was doing), was incredibly simple. The diffuser even comes with a measuring cup so you know you fill it perfectly every time. It’s easy to turn on, just the press of a button. I noticed immediately that the diffuser is 100% silent. It’s fabulous!! The first push of the power button turns the diffuser on (it starts immediately) but with no lights. The second press of the button, and it turns the colorful lights on (you can’t pick which color you want, they rotate) and the colors are beautiful and relaxing. The third press of the button turns the diffuser off. I absolutely LOVE this product!!!! A great perk, it turns off automatically when all the waters been used up, so you can fall asleep with it on and not have to worry about turning it off. I am definitely buying a second one for my bedroom. I don’t know a lot about diffusers, but if you’re looking for an easy to use, well made, well priced, and silent diffuser… look no further because this is the one to buy!!

Amazing customer service experience.
I ordered the diffusers to use in each of my young daughters’ rooms. They needed a little something extra to help signal them that it was time to wind down for the night. I frequent a local spa where they heavily emphasize the use of aroma therapy to assist in relaxation. Works wonders for me, so I thought I would give it a try for the girls. These work perfectly.I did have an issue with one of the diffusers after a few nights use. Something inside it shorted out and while the lights still worked, it was no longer properly misting. The other unit continued to work just fine (and still does). I initially intended to return both units but after hearing of my experience, the seller reached out to me asking if there was anything they could do to help. They were so amazingly helpful. They believed I have received a defective unit (it happens! I can understand) and offered to replace it or issue a refund immediately. It seems very important to them that they provide their customers with a satisfactory experience. I truly appreciate it. I chose to replace the defective unit and am so glad I did.During the time I debated returning the diffusers my daughters (and I) missed having them and that was only after using them for a few days. They add a certain element to our bedtime routine that we didn’t know we were missing.Couple of notes: The light show is fun and soothing. Initially I thought it was a bit too rapid but after the thing gets going the transitions are smooth and quite beautiful. You can press the button once for mist only and twice for the mist + lights. The lights are fairly bright so you can still see them in a lit room and were able to take the place of a traditional nightlight for my girls.Overall, I am satisfied with my exeprience. The product is great and customer service is superb!

Great product, exceptional customer care!
I’ve been loving my Pure Spa diffuser for several years. It’s simple to operate and clean. It quietly put out a strong steady stream of mist and filled my home with wonderful aroma.Recently I was having an issue where the mist would no longer come out, even though the unit appeared to be working. I love my diffuser so I contacted Pure Enrichment on a Sunday to see if they had any trouble shooting advice to offer me.I got a prompt reply the next day with some suggestions on cleaning the unit with vinegar. Tried it but unfortunately without success.After responding to the email that cleaning didn’t work, I was blown away when they informed me that they were sending me a replacement!I am so impressed that Pure Enrichment cares so much about customer service. I feel I’ve gotten great performance from my diffuser and that alone would be reason enough for a 5 star review. The exceptional customer care I received is the cherry on top. This is a company that really stands behind their products, and one I’m happy to do business with!

Great Diffuser, Vibrant Colors, Powerful Flow of Mist!
This is a great diffuser and despite the 100ml capacity it will run continuously for a little over 5 hours. I noticed in the product description it mentions aroma coverage will last up to seven hours with this diffuser. In my opinion that will really depend on the quality of the oil you use and the size of the room. In either case over 5 hours of run time with this is very sufficient for my wife and I. Other positives about this little power house: It runs so quiet you really can’t hear it at all. Reviews I read about other diffusers had complaints about the noise some of them make. It also has a thicker power cord than our other diffuser. The lights have vibrant colors and the flow of mist through the top is nice and wide and seems powerful. Those are my two favorite features. I rate this a 4 instead of a 5 for three reasons. 1) The top and inner part do not snap in place at all but simply stack onto each other. This can be an issue if the diffuser gets bumped into at all. On the other hand it is simple to assemble and disassemble so this really is a matter of personal preference. Also the max fill line which is marked with a decal on the inside where the water is filled peeled off (probably due to the oil) after only a few uses. I then just marked it on the outside with a permanent marker.The other reason for a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is my other diffuser has an intermittent mode where it mists for 30 seconds, then goes off for 30 seconds and repeats this, giving a total time of around 8 hours which makes it great for diffusing while we sleep. Overall this is a very good quality product and the Positive aspects FAR outweigh the negative. Great purchase, we use it all the time.

This little guy is highly efficient. I got this for a trip as I didnt want to take my bigger diffuser. I must say I was surprised at how efficient it was. it lasts long and the could perceive the scent around the house. I highly recommend this.

Purchased this oil diffuser à few weeks ago.The only downsides I found Was that the aroma does not stay long (about 20 minutes ) for 4 drops of essential oil. The other con is the noise it makes. It prevents me of falling asleep. But in general for the price, its a good purchase.
