Not Maca Root At All Not Sure What It Is But It Doesn’t Have A Smell, Taste, Oils Or Ingredients In It Just A Brown Colored Liquid And Don’t Think It’s Healthy And For The Price It’s Not Worth It Due To No Returns! Hope This Helps

Easy to take and effective.
This supplement comes in liquid form in a brown dropper bottle. The taste is neither pleasant nor unpleasant as it just tastes a little green to me. Green as in grassy not the color. If it is mixed in the water it is not unpleasant at all. Being liquid this is easy to swallow and the bottle containers 30 servings. The ingredients are great for energy and mood with nutrition added in. It is hard to tell if a supplement is effective nutritionally, but I do feel better taking this one. I feel like I am less stressed out and my sleep is deeper. I think the value depends on whether this supplement is effective for you and we all respond to supplement ingredients differently. I feel better taking this supplement and I will continue.

Didn’t like the taste
While I do like the ingredients in the supplement, I did find that I didn’t necessarily agree with the taste. The drops had a mild smell, however, they do leave an aftertaste that I didn’t really like. The ingredients are pretty good as they include organic maca, organic beet, ashwagandha, fenugreek, and l-arginine. That being said, the other thing I don’t like is that it includes a proprietary blend that is only 50 mg, so it’s hard for me to believe that the five ingredients included in this blend really make much of a difference. It seems Liberty used glycerin to make the drops, which is probably why it has a bit of a sweet taste. I do like that the supplement was made in the USA, is third-party tested, and GMP certified. At three bottles for around an average of $10 per bottle, I think the value is fair. It comes with a glass dropper that has measurement indicators on the side of it to make things easy. The supplement is alright in terms of ingredients, but I just don’t think it’s for me as I didn’t notice much of a difference, and I don’t really like the taste.
