Best Peach Mango Nighttime Routine
This peach mango flavor is surprisingly good. It mixes smooth, no clumps, and actually tastes like peach mango instead of chalk. I take it about thirty minutes before bed and I sleep like a baby. I wake up feeling rested instead of groggy, and the recovery benefits are noticeable the next morning after a heavy lift day. If you want something that tastes great and helps you wind down at night, this is absolutely worth it.

A Common misunderstanding is ph
The common factor I see here in reviews is mixing difficulties. Some minor some much more frustrated and bailout of whole idea and into the trash it goes. Second is flavor.The difference between these 2 groups and others who bless this product is the Ph (acid,neutral or alkaline) of the water or liquid you are using. Since this product is from an alkaline mineral the liquid will mix well and flavor will be altered more to neutral if liquid is mildly acidic. So a water or such,if it had a higher ph close to the powder mixing ph then it would struggle to dissolve fast enough for you. Add a little bit of acidity to the liquid at a time mixing after each test. You won’t need much the general ratio of acid to alkaline to reach near neutrality is 0.3 acid to 1.0 alkaline. Now this is just for natural electrolytes. An acid like vinegar or citric acid or acidic fruit like lemon or lime or even cranberry make electrolyte consumptionflavorful.Don’t get frustrated and throw it in the trash, try again and your body will be happier and that frustration will wither away.

Tasted rancid after two weeks
Tasted great the first week, and then started tasting a little off. Within two weeks it tasted completely rancid. Undrinkable. Had to throw it out. Really bummedEdit: Nutricost sent me a replacement and this one hasn’t gone bad so I probably just got a weird one. Changed from 1 star to 5 for the customer support

Within the 1st 4 days of taking this mineral, it began to taste a bit odd. At 1st it had a slight sweet and a bit of a ‘metal coat hanger’ taste, to it. Weird, I thought, but powder form (instead of a bucket of water & a few capsules) made it easier to take before bed. I need Magnesium to keep the Charlie Horse Cramps away. I prefer sound sleep over waking up with an unbearable labor pain in my calf or toes. You know the kind that WON’T let go or ease. Which makes your toes bend in all different directions they normally don’t go, while You are in control. Like your toes are possessed! Funny, yet not.I’ve since had to take this container out of my nightly regimen due to the unexplained horrible flavor.It didn’t get better with time, but actually worse. I wash my drinking bottle often, rinsing it each morning. Yet it still had a hard funk flavor.I now began to wonder if something is bad, with this batch.Because no where have I found, that Magnesium Powder should ever have any flavor I just described.So out of the rest of my subscriptions I ordered with Nutricost, I have over priced, foul tasting, and ineffective.I, personally, do not understand how there is so many positive reviews for this company.I had high hopes for this name & it’s products.Otherwise, I would not have invested into 8 (including this one) different subscriptions.This was like investing into a ‘crotch cotton plug’ company who neglected to safely secure the strings.
