Convenient All-In-One Pill
Since I’m 44 years old and experiencing perimenopause symptoms (and have been for a few years now), I’ve been looking around at different supplements that have known efficacy for managing these symptoms. These pills combine many of the supplements that are widely known for menopause symptoms into one convenient pill (which may be why they are called “Monopause” Comfort pills which threw me for a loop, but I’ll get to that in a minute). Any time I can take one pill instead of several pills for something, I’m always a big fan. It’s also noted that these pills are manufactured in the USA, which is something that is important to a lot of people. The pills are also of reasonable size, not like some of the giant all-in-one multivitamin pills/supplements on the market today.The reason I gave this particular pill 4 stars instead of 5, however, is that there’s a couple of things that typically I would look at as a red flag when ordering pharmaceutical supplements like this. The first is that choosing the name “Monopause Comfort” instead of “Menopause Comfort” makes it feel like a typo on a cheap product rather than a cheeky name. The second thing is that the website listed on the side doesn’t go to the Novafun site but rather a different site that – after some digging – it appears is part of the same parent company. Maybe it’s overly cautious of me, but when deciding whether or not to take a supplement I like to make sure the company is legit before taking it.If the manufacturer is reading these reviews, I would recommend adjusting the name of the pill (maybe just make it Menopause Comfort or make the MONO in all caps or give it a “an all in one supplement for your menopause symptoms” tagline on the bottle) and fixing the website on the back so it goes to the right place. Bonus points though for providing the names of the companies who make some of the proprietary blends on the ingredients side of the label.

My doctor recommended that I take a soy-based supplement to help ease some of my peri-menopause symptoms. I decided to try this one since it also has magnesium and B vitamins. The capsules are smaller than I expected so they are easy to swallow. It’s probably too soon to tell if it will help much, but so far this has been good.

Oh my goodness, for me tossing and turning at night along with feeling like someone turned up the heat is miserable. I don’t have menopause symptoms typically during the day, but the moment I am ready to go to bed – they start to flare up and another miserable night ensues. For that reason alone, I was willing to try this supplement. I noticed after a few nights of taking it my restless night routine was not as intense. My symptoms seemed to have gotten more manageable. For a 60 day supply, or $15ish a month, the much better sleep I am getting is worth it.

As a woman of “a certain age” I am officially in “menopause” as it’s been more than 12 months since my last menstrual cycle. Unfortunately I’m still experiencing the hot flashes which have pushed me to order a product called “Monopause” – seriously, is that a typo?? Deducting 1 star just for that – if it’s supposed to be funny it needs some sort of explanation to put our brain-fogged minds at ease! 🤣The capsules are a standard size. easy to swallow and virtually no scent. The safety seals were strong and intact and, so far, I’ve noticed no digestive issues or other side effects.It’s worth noting that, in addition to the symptom-specific ingredients (namely black cohosh and chasteberry), this product includes Vitamin B-6, B-12, and magnesium so you’ll want to check your other supplements to make sure you’re not getting too much of anything.It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you’re already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. It’s been several weeks and I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in the way I feel but if that changes as time goes by I’ll update my review accordingly.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!

These ingredients are popular for menopausal/peri-menopausal symptoms, so I’m looking forward to seeing if they’ll help regulate my perimenopausal symptoms. Too soon to tell the benefits, but I’ve had no problems from it thus far. Recommended!

Good source of Vitamin B12.
I’ve just started taking these so I can’t comment on long term results, but I do like that they provide a good amount of Vitamin B12 and it’s in a form that doesn’t have that typical, offensive vitamin smell.The capsules are fairly large, but easy enough to swallow and you only need one per day. As I mentioned above, there is no offensive smell, or any discernible scent at all, which is perfect.I’m 56, but haven’t fully gone into menopause, but think I’m getting close. I don’t have any symptoms of menopause and I’m hoping to keep it that way, so maybe these will help in doing so.I like that they’re produced in the United States and the bottle lists that they are 3rd party lab tested.I will say, the bottle is very hard to see to read as its tiny white print on a pink background. I had to use my phone to enlarge the image in order to read it.

Wife is ok with them so far
My wife is in her perimenopause stage and looking for ways to relieve the symptoms of fluctuating body temperature changes as well as other things associated with it. She’s been trying these for a little bit and hasn’t had any adverse effects from them. If anything, they may be helping somewhat. Things that are liked about the product are having a single capsule for a serving size and being made in USA.
