If you want to lose weight, this will do it! I actually had to stop taking it because it effected my appetite a little too much. It helped with mood swings, but not really enough. Didn’t help symtoms during menstruation.

Extremely happy. I was struggling with my breasts feeling so heavy and my nipples were so painful in the mornings. Within 48 hours of using the product it went away completely. It took about 2 weeks to notice a difference in bloating and after a month it’s been a huge difference. It took about a month of using the product to help with my sleep but now I’m continuing to have much better sleep. Some changes were quick and some took a little time of continuous use but I’m feeling back to myself and so happy.

Im on my third bottle of this Bodhi meno. It has stopped my hot flashes and does curve appetite, but I have not seen results of weight lost and I’ve been using this product for three months. I will definitely recommend for hot flashes though.
