I’ve started with perimenopause symptoms. I’ve always had horrible menstrual cycles. This has helped with my severe cramping and has helped significantly with my sleep issues and dry skin. I’m always in a good mood too! That’s a major bonus. After trying so many different supplements I finally found one that works!

I got this for my sister, who’s going through perimenopause. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite work for her, though her case is a little unusual, so I’m not surprised. Eventually, she had to get prescription meds. That said, the ingredients are solid—things like DIM, inositol, chaste tree berry, and folate are known for supporting hormone balance, mood, and energy. It might work better for someone with a more typical hormone imbalance or milder symptoms. Just wasn’t the right fit for her.

Maybe a little too much in the formula. The company seems to distribute a wide variety of formulas. No country of origin listed, and no certifications or inspections noted on the bottle. Hard to evaluate effectiveness on weight loss or energy level. At the price it is a good value if you can confirm what is in the bottle.
