High Friction for Buying Filters
Pitcher is great but they dont sell filters on amazon and their app has very buggy e-commerce that has now sent me into 2 infinite loops. I cant believe how hard it is to buy filters. I suggest let people manage subscriptions in amazon because its more practical to have as few places to manage subscriptions as possible and your very peculiar app creates barriers – a user should never start to regret using your product but thats how annoying it is. And i am highly tech literate, this is not a case of user error.

Pros:1. The taste and smell of the water is great , it’s a really good filter.2. The design and color of the vase are beautiful.Cons:1. I don’t like the lid of this filter because it doesn’t have a button — it only opens under water pressure, which isn’t very convenient.2. The filter size is a bit small for me. Water capacity is not for a large family.Overall, it’s a cool purifier with an app where you can track the filter’s cycle and battery charge. However, for me, that’s a bit too much information and not something I want to spend time on.

I have been using this water filter pitcher for a few days now and I really like the water quality that comes out after filtering. My tea tastes much better. I love the design of the pitcher, it is very easy to use and is solid when using it. The delivery was incredibly fast as well.
