The pillows are reallyy soft almost to soft for me the only thing i can say i was disappointed with was how little the pillows fluffed up but they are still fluffy enough and comfy pillows

Finally sleeping without neck stiffness
After the pillows arrived I left them out for a day and they fluffed up nicely soft and full instead of flat and sad. My head sinks in just right so I wake up without a sore neck or stiffness which I always had with my old thin pillows.I noticed I don’t toss and turn as much now and feel more rested when I wake up. The balance between softness and enough support works for me whether I sleep on my side or back and that makes a big difference to how I feel during the day.

They are not medium firmness, very soft.
It says medium firmness but is super soft. If you need a good supportive pillow this would not be for you. The pillows are very nice though well made.
