Very comfortable pillow. Purchased for the cooling effect. Definitely very cool when I initially put my head on the pillow. However, for me, the cooling effect doesn’t last long. Maybe it isn’t supposed to. But found myself turning the pillow repeatedly to get to a cool spot. Size is typical and it’s a supportive pillow. Just received so can’t speak to quality longevity. I got it on Prime day so the price was right. Wish it stayed cooler a little longer but otherwise a great pillow!

Great pillow! Worth the purchase!
This pillow is great! It took only few hours to reach max size. It does have huge volume but soft on touch. The protector case is great, you can tell the difference between the cool and the soft sides. It has a slightly smell which is normal, but after I removed the protector and washed it, and let the inside out in the air for few days, it got rid of it. Compared to others I have tried, it smelled less when I first opened the box. It is big so you would probably need to remove some of the filling which is super easy to do to make it the right size for you. I liked that it came fully filled and allowed some to be removed which meets anyone preferences. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I’ll give it a 3 because it is described as a cooling pillow, however the insert that comes with the pillow says the coolness varies depending on local temperature of the region and one body temperature – kindly accept that the pillows are not able to be cooling forever.Basically it’s no more cooling than flipping any pillow over when you’re sleeping… sadly it actually retains heat.But it because the comfort is decent, not if you want a cooling feel.

Great pillows
I needed a new pillow and took a chance on these. My wife took one from me and she loves it! No more double pillows for her and she says her neck doesn’t hurt anymore. I’ve also noticed she sleeps better now and it made me happy. As for myself I’m very glad that you can unzip them so you can remove or add. Mine just needed a little more memory foam so I grabbed a little from my old pillow and now it’s perfect! Also great for washing in the washer because like said you can remove the stuffing and wash the covers. I’ll be ordering from them again once the time comes.

Cool and adjustable!
After spending a lot of time and money trying to find a perfect pillow, I found these pillows, finally! I love the outer pillow enclosure. We found they were way too thick, so I removed about the top 6″ of foam and am keeping it. I refluffed the pillows quickly, and now they are perfect for both myself and my husband. I hope I will be able to always find and purchase these pillows. I have severe medical issues in my neck, but these pillows have improved that a lot. It is so nice to be able to wash the outer covers which are thick enough to keep the inner cover very clean.

Having researched a fair bit for the perfect pillow, I’m glad I did because this has given me the best nights sleep in a fair few years. I suffer with Crohn’s and been in flare for a long time. I can’t remember the last nights undisturbed sleep I had but since getting this pillow the health of my sleep is vast improving and an added benefit is my neck pains are easing a lot.I love that you can reduce the firmness and fullness of the pillow by taking some memory foam out, to get the perfect ratio for you. The added feature of the cool and warm side is perfect for when I have them night sweats and tropical moments from meds. It is a feature I never knew I needed.It is the kind of pillow you would take everywhere with you for them weekends away. So go so that I bought another a few days later for a present. A VERY GOOD INVESTMENT
