Hydrating and smoothing without feeling heavy
This snail serum feels really nice on the skin. It has that silky, slightly bouncy texture you expect from snail products, but it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any weird residue. My skin looks more hydrated and a little smoother when I use it, especially around the areas that tend to look tired first.The lifting effect is subtle but noticeable, more like everything looks a bit plumper and healthier. It layers well with the rest of my routine and never pills. The only thing keeping it from being five stars is the price, but the formula does feel luxe.

This stuff is phenomenal!
I’m 51 years old and have never ventured into botox or even botox alternatives, but I do have aging skin that could definitely use a little boost. This is my first experience with Intoxicated Cosmetics, but I was immediately drawn to the lux look of the bottle and the lifting, hydrating, regenerating claims – all things my skin needs. I also have sensitive skin, so started out using this on a smaller area of my face that tends to be more sensitive, just in case. No irritation at all!There is a scent to this, kind of a powdery scent? I actually like it and it faded pretty quickly for me. The serum itself I would describe as slippery – a little bit really goes a long way. I use 3 drops of the serum, one for each side of my face and one for my neck and décolletage, and that’s all I need. It sinks into my skin nicely after a few minutes and doesn’t seem to leave any residue behind.I’ve been using this morning and night for a few days now and still no irritation, which is wonderful. I do notice that my skin feels hydrated after application. I’m also able to apply makeup over this easily and find that my foundation doesn’t settle into my fine lines quite as much if I’ve applied this underneath. I will, of course, need to continue using this serum longer-term to see if I notice any anti-wrinkle benefits, and I don’t notice my pores at all, so can’t speak to that one. However, I will say this does seem to keep my skin hydrated for a full day, and when applied at night, I wake up still feeling moisturized but without the heavy feeling of a rich night cream.As an aside, I also love the no-harm, cruelty-free formula of this product, as it recreates the compounds in a lab vs sourcing from animals – something that’s important to me.

Amazing Serum that Smells Like an Old Lady
First of all, this serum is amazing for anyone who lives in a dry climate or has dehydrated skin! My skin is also somewhat sensitive and prone to breakouts, but this little gem has only done wonders! The glass bottle is beautiful and it looks incredibly elegant on the counter.So why only four stars? Because it has a weird, cheap perfume smell that reminds me of an old lady in the nineties. It’s just off-putting and so mismatched to the quality of the product and the aesthetics of the bottle.Thankfully, the smell doesn’t linger, but please consider removing it from future batches. This is oh-so-close to being a holy grail product!

I’ve been using this for four years
I was never one to care about skincare, thought it was kind of a sham for whatever reason. I tried intoxicated way back in April of 2020 and I have been using it non-stop ever since. I rarely ever wear makeup anymore. I get so many compliments on my natural skin. I was starting to form a line between my eyebrows.
