Very good multivitamin, you can feel it work within days. Lots of energy and better mood. Make sure to take with food, otherwise your tummy will be upset.

I was having a lot of mood swings before and after my periods and also very intense period symptoms. I bought this and I’ve been taking it for a month and I love it. My moods are very even, and my periods symptoms a lot more mild. I recommend it for sure.

Good vitamin for decent price
The Hylands women’s multi +pms rescue is not perfect. There is a weird smell. I do not like the the “other” ingredients as listed on bottle “ Hypromellose (capsule), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Zinc Oxide (color).”BUT! I did like the supplement facts and herbal blend used.I notice a huge difference in my overall wellness. I slept a little better, had more energy, clear head, less fatigue. Nice vitamin.

Worth the money!
The smell is odd, and worried me at first but after being assured there was nothing to worry about I took my first dose. No aftertaste. I’ve been using this product consistently for about 6 months and I’d say it’s more effective than a regular multi vitamin. I’d say it takes the edge off of my pms/pmdd.

Great for PMS SYMPTOMS very calming
These were definitely worth the value for me. There was no taste and it was easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. The capsules are a little big but they’re functional and high quality. They didn’t do much for cramps but they were a life saver for mood swings and depression.

These are the only multivitamins that do not upset my stomach or feel like it’s stuck in my stomach. It really does help with menstrual pain, and works immediately when it comes to your vitamin needs. It’s very easy for me too swallow these and does not taste bad because they are made with veggie capsules. I always order from the brand, but SADLY this time around I received prenatal supplements. I AM NOT PREGNANT AT ALL!!!

Good vitamins
These work for me. They give me a little boost especially around that certain time of the month. No weird side effects. The only thing when you open them there is a mild fragrance from the herbal ingredients but that’s expected. I take one with lunch to minimize tummy upset.

I’m a woman living with PMDD and PCOS I do feel like these supplements have more of things doctors and specialist have recommended me try. I think the value is fair, I don’t taste anything but I don’t swallow a palm full of capsules with water at once. I always make sure to eat something before taking any kind of capsule bc I tend to have a sensitive stomach. I don’t know how you could be sure about the quality of almost anything these days but they don’t seem to be over processed from research.
