Not helping the hot flashes at all. Mood isn’t being helped either. The weight does seem to be coming off and I am not even exercising.

I have been in menopause for years now, and I have opted out of hormone replacement therapy. I decided to go the natural route. I have tried several other companies before, and I have to say these are the best I have tried so far. It has taken many tries to find the right products. However, within the first week of using these, I felt a big difference in my mood swings, hot flashes, and energy. I will definitely be purchasing more products from this company.

Good. Still having night sweats
Easy to swallow. Helps with my energy level but I have not found it to help much with my night sweats. This is the main reason that I got this. I will say that it seems to help with my brain fog. Maybe i need to take it longer for it to really help. I have taken it for the last 20 nights.

So far so good with Her Bhodi (love the name, cool play on words Her Body) Hormonal Support – Hormone Balance Supplement for Women, PMS Support Supplement & Hormone Harmony for Women, Supports Energy, Mood Swings, Hot Flashes, Menopause Hormonal Balance (60 Caps).I have never seen this combination in a Menopause Balance supplement before, so I was glad they’re made offered this combo in an easy to take capsule form. I have been post menopause since 2021 and have had no relief from drs not wanting to prescribe hrt for me. These seem very effective for my severe hot flashes which I usually get about 20 times a day, each day, non-stop since 2021. I’m glad these are made in the US, too, seems like a really good company. I will purchase the Her Bodhi Meno Formula to use with these.
