I’ve been really impressed with everything the fitness watch offers. It monitors blood oxygen, heart rate (BPM), and blood pressure with surprising accuracy for such an affordable device. The readings update quickly and are easy to view right on the screen. I also love the extra features being able to skip music tracks, track my sleep, and monitor my activity throughout the day all from my wrist is super convenient. The sleep tracking gives helpful insights, and the watch syncs smoothly with my phone. The battery life has been excellent, and the display is clear and easy to read. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and packed with features you’d expect from a much more expensive watch.

Counts crocheting as steps. Heart rate and blood pressure way off
When I received this, the silver band was creased and discolored and no replacement size for the watch band could be found. I will give seller 5 stars because I contacted them not wanting to return and got an almost immediate response. The seller is great, the watch not so much.I am mostly in a wheelchair but can get around a little with a walker. I wanted a good step counter to set goals and progress with walking. When I crochet my last watch would ask if I was cycling and not count the movements. Well, within a few hours this morning I had amassed almost 6000 steps so it is obviously counting crocheting as walking. It doesn’t ask so therefore the step counter is useless. On top of that the blood pressure is 10-20 points higher than the unit I use at home and pulse rate is only accurate at rest. When I am up and around my pulse is well over 100 but the highest this registered was 89. Doing a manual count at the same time, my actual pulse was 124. Since I got this to monitor things, especially step goals, it is completely useless. It does tell time accurately. The other thing I liked was that the sleep seemed pretty accurate while my last watch (which died in less than 3 weeks) was incredibly inaccurate. Why can’t I find a watch that is accurate for all parameters?
