This supplement does seem to help with PMS and pain relief, but everyone is different, so I believe the best thing to do is give them a try and see if they work for you.

Unsure on personal effectiveness, but seems to be a quality supplement nonetheless
I want to say first of all that this supplement seems to have quality ingredients that in theory should work to help with PMS symptoms, so I think they should work for most. For me, I tend to have milder PMS symptoms, so I can’t speak to some of the relief. The only thing I deal with is cramping and bloating, which may have had some improvement, but it’s hard to say for sure. There was nothing that was super obvious and I wasn’t doing cartwheels or anything like that, but again, I tend to be lucky in the PMS lotto to begin with. I will give the product four stars, because I think it is a quality supplement with ingredients that should help most people to feel some symptom relief and there are some studies to back up their use for this and for cycle regulation. The supplement itself seems to be well made and packaged, and the capsules were easy to swallow, with no weird aftertaste or stomach upset.

This supplement has been a great natural option for easing PMS symptoms. I’ve been taking it for two cycles now and have noticed a clear improvement in my overall mood and comfort during that time of the month. I like that this supplement combines several helpful herbs like chasteberry, ashwagandha, ginger, and fenugreek. The capsules are vegan and easy to swallow, which makes them simple to take daily. My wife uses these all the time, she loves them. It seems to be helping her with her hormones. She says it has great effect on her mood swings and thankfully it is vegan. I’ve only tried this product for one cycle and have not noticed a difference so I can’t speak to the effectiveness and I’m giving this three stars because it might take another cycle, but I did not want to leave the review outstanding. I will come back and update it if I have a different experience. The ingredients are all natural and the capsules are large but no texture or taste in the pills.

This formula includes some of my favorite hormone-balancing herbs which show effectiveness:-chasteberry (vitex) for regulating cycles and easing PMS,-ashwagandha for calming stress and cortisol,-ginger for inflammation and digestive comfort, and-fenugreek, which is great for hormonal balance and also supports metabolism. I really appreciate the concept of this supplement which targets both physical and emotional symptoms. Keep in mind that, you need to take it for 4-6 months for full benefit. I have taken some of these herbs individually. The taste is ok and it is easy to swallow. Infact, all of them I take individually so good to see them in one supplement. It is a solid herbal combo but too many fillers, additives, and binders. A solid herbal combo for anyone navigating cycle-related ups and downs.But as someone who pays close attention to ingredient lists, I was disappointed by the presence of unnecessary fillers and additives like maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, talcum, sodium benzoate, and carrageenan in the capsule shell. These may not bother everyone, but for those of us who prefer clean supplementation, they’re worth noting.Pros for me:• Excellent herbal profile with known hormonal support benefits• Plant-based capsule• Affordable and easy to takeCons:• Contains synthetic preservatives and bulking agents• Capsule shell includes carrageenan, which some avoid due to gut concerns• Could be cleaner overall for a “natural” productI’ll still give it a fair try because of the powerful herb combination, but I hope the brand considers reformulating without the additives.
