Best weight choice
Best choice for home exercise. This weight set is excellent for home training. Easy to setup, Adjustable kettlebell set. For me is very easy to change wait. I can’t no go to the gym after having my baby i started doing exercise at home. This weight gives a plus to my training routine.

Ergonomics Issue
I have returned this and spent the extra $20 for the BowFlex SelectTech 840. Don’t get me wrong. This seems to be of good quality and would work well for many exercises. My main gripe is how the top of the bell is not tapered. This makes it very uncomfortable when doing exercises where the bell rests on the back of your forearm. The BowFlex is tapered in such a way that makes it comfortable for such exercises. Also, you need to jiggle the handle a bit sometimes to be able to turn the dial to change the weights. The BowFlex does not have this issue.

Good adjustable kettle ball
I like that I can adjust this kettlebell and I don’t need multiple in my workout space. Now you can have 6 and 1/2 lb. 13 lb 20 lb. 26 and 1/2 lb 33 lb or 40 lb. It’s extremely easy to turn the dial and change what you’re lifting. The grip is a nice, cool metal. It’s very smooth operating and I’ve been enjoying it it has a loud click when it clicks into place. It also shows kilograms and pounds on here and it has each number is listed twice so it just can keep going around in a circle so you don’t have to go all the way back or forward. If you want to just switch between a really heavy and a really light they’re like all very close. I also like that it’s space saving cuz I don’t have to have multiple different kettle balls for the exercises that I’m doing.
