No more hot flashes
I am dealing with the effects of menopause and the number 1 effect is hot flashes! Now if it’s -10⁰ outside and a hot flash hits it’s great I get to stay warm…but in general they are not fun so I saw this product and it has natural ingredients like broccoli extract! I’m not a big veggie eater but hey if broccoli extract will help I’ll keep an open mind and that’s exactly what I did taking these supplements. They to me have the usually vitamin supplement smell but they don’t smell bad not taste bad either I had a preconceived idea that it would smell or taste of broccoli which it did not, so I’ve been taking these at the recommended dosage and I’ve noticed a decrease in hot flashes so I’m extremely happy. These are a great value compared to a bottle the same size but different brand and type of menopause supplement I saw at my local pharmacy. I have been recommending these to my coffee chat book group ladies that are having similar symptoms to give these a try. These are also easy to swallow too.

Mild decrease in hot flashes
I think these did actually have an effect and reduce the hot flashes – not the frequency but the intensity of them. There’s no telling how they’d affect anyone else as everyone is different. What I did notice was the flavor was a bit off – almost plasticky with a burnt-popcorn aftertaste. Not enough to make me stop taking them, but enough to make me not look forward to taking them.

Can’t live without
I absolutely love this stuff. I have realized that I can’t live without it. My husband also started taking it so our supply went very quickly. I personally have noticed my nerves are more calm and I’ve lost a few pounds. My husband lost four pounds and was wondering how he did it. My only assumption is this assisted. It’s not permanent but anything helps with motivation. I definitely feel better physically and have had no side effects or after taste. I think it’s worth the value!

A great supplement
I’ve been a long-term user of DIM supplements for 3 years. For the first-time user, this would require a few weeks to kick into the system before the initial effects are demonstrated. Once on it with consistent consumption, this supplement does make great contributions to keeping hormone levels balanced. I sleep better at night, with more energy to go through my routines in daytime. Dim supplement is a critical part of my daily food intake, would recommend giving this product a try!

Never ended up taking them.
After receiving these I only took a couple doses, then had second thoughts about taking them due to added ingredients and the odor and taste of the capsule. I can’t really speak on the effectiveness as supplements usually have to be taken a while to see any effect. I am neutral on these.

Questionable Ingredient
Adding titanium dioxide which is a banned substance in EU hardly makes this a health supplement. The ingredient is a known carcinogen in animals and should not be confused as per EFSA. Europe has a much better regulatory environment banning unscrupulous substances. Shame on FDA for keep this charade going. This brand that has DR in its name should not use this substance as an additive for completely unnecessary reasons.

The jury is still out…
I ordered these for my mom who is in her 60s and has gone through menopause because she’s always felt sluggish without the aid of coffee or some other caffeine based stimulant and I’m a nutrional supplement junkie and so far she’s noticed little difference in her mood or her energy level though she’s been taking them daily for about two weeks.She likes that the capsules themselves are relatively easy to swallow and that they don’t have any problematic aftertaste because her gag reflex is very sensitive and she can definitely appreciate the fact the pills themselves are made from all natural ingredients, but as far as the claims go? The jury is defintely still out, but as of right now she’s felt little difference in her daily energy or mood.2 stars ⭐️⭐️While they’re easy to swallow and she’ll more than likely finish the bottle just to see, I doubt she’d purchase these again and I can’t take them because my partner and I are trying to conceive, and have read mixed interpretations of the effects particular supplement and indibuals who are doing so.

A lot of good stuff!
There’s a lot of good stuff in these tablets. I never knew broccoli extract was something that would improve hormone balance but so far so good. Hair and skin seems to be improving. No aftertaste. Mood seems to have improved as well. I noticed lately I was getting irritated more easily and someone suggested my hormones might be out of balance. Maybe, maybe not, but I’ll take help wherever I can. Easy to swallow and a welcome addition to my vitamin regimen.
