Poor customer service
I had issues with this product it made me feel really really bad so I wasn’t sure if I was allergic to something in it or not. Per Amazon in order to receive a refund you must send and email to the seller, of which I did. Still have heard nothing from them and Amazon followed up asking if it was resolved and I informed them I never received a reply. Will not order anymore products from this doctors company. Seeking Health has all the best supplements so I’m sticking with Dr. Ben Lynch.

Cannot Recommend – dangerous
Beware. Approximately 15 minutes after taking one pill, my otherwise perfectly healthy 19 year old daughter, with no prior issues, went into Supraventricular tachycardia. The paramedics had to restart her heart in the ambulance. She had no prior health history and took nothing else that day.Now the company won’t return the product because it’s open. They are lucky we aren’t suing.

Bad side effects
I had terrible reactions twice when I tried this. It threw off my white blood cell count, I had extreme fatigue for over a month and terrible aching in my arms and hands. Took over a month each time to recover from (didn’t realize until the second time what was causing my symptoms).Just do your research and be careful when trying something new.You can easily balance your hormones with an anti-inflammatory diet. There is no such thing as a magic hormone balancing pill.

Love Dr. Brighten’s work and this stuff is a dream come true
Over the course of my 41 years, supplements are the only thing that ever really helped calm or balance my body and emotions at various times in my cycle and life. DIM, for example, did more for my hormonal breakouts than HBC, spiro, or anything topical EVER did. Vitex/chasteberry helps so much with mild PMS to my most severe PMDD episodes. Dr. Brighten’s Balance has the most comprehensive list of ingredients I look for. And thankfully, I have found that this formulation is also very effective and I felt the benefits immediately after taking it. I always choose my supplements very carefully (i.e. I don’t go bargain hunting). I’ve learned over the years that some brands work for me and others don’t. I’m so glad something that has everything I need worked SO well. I’m a huge fan of Dr. Brighten’s work and the mission she’s on to improve women’s lives and I highly recommend checking her out. You will learn SO much and feel so much less alone.

Supports Estrogen Detox
I feel like I have signs of estrogen dominance, and this product seems to support my body to get rid of excess. Biggest noticeable symptom reduction is this product completely eliminated breast tenderness for me.I feel the capsules are average size and easy to swallow. I only take 2-3 a day to stretch them a bit further, but serving size is 4.

Made my anxiety worse!
I got off hormone birth control after 20 years. It’s rough!!These really helped me for 2 months. Then something changed and my anxiety went through the roof. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I suffered for about 3 weeks thinking it was all part of the change. I stopped taking these and within 2 days began to feel better. After 5 days without these I felt amazing/back to normal! Not sure what happened but these were not great for my anxiety. It’s been a solid month without these and zero anxiety. Best of luck ladies!

Be careful – this feels like pure marketing but research first before using!
I think this is just great marketing. Really be careful with taking DIM without fully researching the impact it can have on your periods. Not a fan.
