I take DIM daily, good quality product
I’ve been taking DIM supplements for years now. This is a potent one. Good quality and potent ingredients. Great price. Easy to swallow, tasteless odorless pill. This helps me day to day and this brand is a great one to try out. My sleep, energy are better overall.

Works slowly
I’ve been taking DIM for a few months. I decided to try this brand. I started getting hot flashes again at night which would wake me up, but after a few weeks my body got used to this brand and I started sleeping well again. I’m not sure why that happened but it did.

I had high hopes for this DIM supplement, but unfortunately it just didn’t work for me. Everyone’s body reacts differently, and this brand wasn’t a good match. I didn’t notice any improvement, so I won’t be continuing with it.

DIM Is A Bright Idea For Your Health!
DIM provides essential support for women at every stage of life and many female specific health issues. DIM has also been shown to be beneficial for men to take as well. I’ve been taking a DIM Supplement of 200 mg for many years as a way to naturally support my hormone balance. I was interested in increasing my daily dose, and sourced out DIM Supplement 350 mg from Valleywave Labs.I could not be happier with this new dose and brand. DIM (Diindolylmethane) is simple and effective. DIM isderived from cruciferous vegetables, a natural product. I like that Valleywave Labs has also included additional Broccoli Extract and BioPerrine Pepper. Broccoli Extract further supports hormone balance, detoxification, and potentially reduced the risk of certain cancers, and BioPerine is known to improve the absorption of nutrients and help with weight management.I have noticed that my overall well-being seems to have shifted for the better. My mood feels more stable, there are improvements in my skin, and I have less bloating. There is a balancing effect that has helped with periodic hormonal fluctuations. The dosage of 350 mg per serving was easy to transition to. It is one capsule a day, and this bottle offers a two month supply making it a good value. I take it just before a meal, and it hasn’t upset my stomach or caused any discomfort. I do remember when I I first started DIM years ago. I did get headaches the first week I was on it, as my body adjusted. You will notice benefits in three to four weeks for sure. It’s nice to note that these supplements are produced in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified, state-of-the-art facilities in the United States. Talk with your doctor, and do some research. DIM is a bright idea for your health!

These made me so incredibly sick after just one pill
These made me so utterly sick.This just doesn’t work with my stomach at all. I literally only took one pill and for a week straight everything coming out of me made it smell like I was dying inside. Is this even normal?This is either an extremely high dose and you need to start much lower like at 50 mg per serving, or my stomach just can’t tolerate this supplement at all, or this particular supplement just altogether wasn’t made very well.At any rate, it’s hard for me to recommend something when my personal experience was absolutely horrifying.So there you go, please do your research and I would certainly recommend trying a different supplement with a much lower dosage. At least before you bombard your stomach with something hard-core that it’s not used to. I probably should’ve known better. Ugh. lol.

DIM with optimized absorption
This DIM preparation arrives well sealed and well within date. The capsules are a medium size and easy to use , requiring only 1 capsule for a serving size. With helper supplements black pepper extract and broccoli extract to aid in absorption, this is a good choice for a DIM all-in-one. The capsules have no unpleasant taste or aromas. I am satisfied with this product and believe it to be a fair value

May not be great for men
I got this despite being a man, because it may be good for prostate and protect against prostate cancer, but I came across other research that indicates it may lower testosterone and make it harder to gain and keep muscle mass. I won’t be re-ordering, but that’s not a reflection on the product. I would recommend trying it if you’re a woman looking for ways to balance estrogen, especially if you don’t enjoy broccoli, brussel sprouts, etc.It’s a bit pricey for my budget which is why I gave it four stars.

The capsule are average size. They are about the length of two cheerios. So they should be easy to swallow for most people. When I opened the bottle I did not see any powder residue and I did not detect a scent or odor. The only issue I have is that I have not been able to take the DIM Supplement yet. I take prescription medication recently my doctor made an adjustment to my medicine and they asked me not to add any new supplements or herbal remedies for the time being in case they interfere with the medication. I will update my review as soon as I get the all clear from my doctor.
