Perfect Size, Fast Heating, and Super Comfortable!
’m really happy with this heating pad! It’s the perfect size for keeping my lower back or lap warm without feeling bulky. It heats up fast, stays at a steady temperature, and I love having the choice between dry and moist heat. The material is super soft, and the controller is straightforward and easy to use. It’s light, flexible, and never gets too hot. Overall, it’s a great quality heating pad that works exactly as it should.

Warms Up Quick And Works Great
This is exactly what I was looking for, the color, the heat output, the size, perfect. So far every time I have used the timer it shut off automatically every time so I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t keep working and shutting off automatically every time moving forward.Overall, happy for the price and the size. Especially with the colors available.

Great product and good value.
Very pleased w/this pad! The cover is soft and plush, the multiple settings let you get just the right amount of heat. I especially like the auto-shut off feature- lets me fall asleep w/it on and not get too hot! It says you can put the pad in the washing machine, but I haven’t tried that yet.

Good and soft
For the price it is good. I wish it was a little warmer but it could just be me. Soft to the touch the cord is long so it stretches a good length. It heats up fast and cools down just as fast it’s safe to leave it on your chair if you get up and walk off.

Great heating pad but has a few little quirks
I have used this new heating pad for 2 weeks now. Pros: I like the extra large size. It’s a soft and easy to maneuver- unlike a standard heating pad that’s stiff and firm. The fabric is soft. It heats up quickly. Cons: It appears that the temperature fluctuates a bit. I must start on the lowest temperature and it typically heats so high that I can’t lay on it. Instead I have to drape it across whatever spot I’m treating. After about 30 minutes or so, the low setting (very hot temperature) drops to a much lower temperature and I have to raise it up a few notches. The timer defaults to 30 min and I raise it to the longest time of 120 min. Nevertheless it turns itself off in about an hour (I haven’t timed it) All of these traits are manageable and overall I like the new pad. Just thought I’d share some of its quirks. If this is acceptable to you, I’d recommend this product.

Lots of options on this heating pad
Works great! I love all the variables allowed on the controls. It’s also nice and soft against your skin. I love to use it in the winter when I’m just a tad chilly but don’t want to turn up the heat.

Returning it
I was going to return this heating pad because the instructions said not to lay on it. I always laid on my prior heating pads but only for 20 minutes at a time. So…no chance of getting burned. It is working nicely, good size, soft and comfortable…nice heat but not too hot. I’m happy that I didn’t return it..

Good Basic Heating Pad
First, I love the green/black color of this pad. I also like the long cord so it reaches the far outlet beneath my bed. I like the 6 heat levels. Normally my heat pads just have Low, Med, High. I love the highest level!I wish I got the longer size. I got the 12’x24′ and it’s still pretty short for me. It also looks much fluffier in the photos. In person, it’s quite thin and cheap feeling. Not fluffy at all. BUT it is soft and the heat factor is nice. So it’s a keeper overall.I think next time I’ll try the weighted heat pad. That sounds amazing!I also like to place this on my face for some eye heat therapy. This will get me through the cold winter nights!

Had high hopes for this, but in practice it barely gets warm regardless of the setting. Certainly not warm enough to do what it says. Avoid.

Do not buy this product, it’s a faulty product, stopped working after 30 days and no support from Amazon and customer care was very rude.

Works well with a small screen to show different temperature settings. The plug is a European plug that never fit properly, so I had to replace it with an Indian plug, but then it worked well. The position of the controller is not good: it’s half way between the plug and the pad, so it’s always awkward. But otherwise it works very well, and i like the ability to change heat settings.
