Comfortable and Supportive, from a short person
(Written from the perspective of my granddaughter-in-law) I am 5’1″ (about 155 cm), primarily a back and side sleeper, who gets really warm at night and has been dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder pain, as well as breathing issues in my sleep causing snoring, interrupted sleep, and morning headaches. This pillow is not a substitute for medical intervention, but for the past few nights that I have used it, it has accomplished every task it set out to do quite well.I have only used the shorter side (I think the other side would be too high for my head and neck), but it is very comfortable to lay on, soft while firm and supportive enough to keep my head and neck positioned properly throughout the night. Because my head and neck are finally kept at an appropriate position while I sleep, my pain is noticeably reduced (not gone, but it has only been a few nights and I would also benefit from other habits), and my breathing and sleeping are better.While the place where your head is on the cover will warm, the rest of it stays cool and when you move, the cover cools back down quickly as well. The pillow itself also doesn’t have any off or chemical smell, so there was no need to air it out before I could use it. The cover is easy to remove, replace, and wash (which you should always do first when you get a new pillow, to disinfect it).One comment I do have is I believe taller people might find the pillow to be lacking in height or support, but for my needs and experience, I am greatly enjoying this pillow and recommend it to you if anything in my review sounds appealing or relevant! I will update this should anything change.

Comfy and cooling pillow with good support
Pillow is comfy, cooling and shapes to my neck and head well so provides good support. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the pillow is a little less firm than my prior one and it is not as thick (which some may actually prefer). Overall a good buy for the price.

Great Pillow!
I bought this to help with TMJ issues and neck misalignment, which had induced severe somatic tinnitus in my left ear that I was waking up with every day. It was torture and I was falling into a deep depression from this. The first night after sleeping with this pillow I did not wake up with tinnitus. I’m so thankful for it honestly, it gave me a new lease on life because I felt hopeless and miserable before then.In terms of the pillow itself, I like how there are two different heights to choose from, which gives it a more customized fit to your neck. It stays cool and it feels balanced between soft and firm. I was not bothered by the smell of the pillow, it’s not strong compared to some other memory foam products I’ve purchased before. I like the honeycomb like pillowcase also, it has a nice texture. All in all, it feels very supportive.The only problem I have run into, which is no fault of the pillow itself, is that I’m getting lower back pain now when I wake up. But this is due to my bad mattress not being able to compensate for my new sleeping posture. Once that is taken care of, everything will be perfect!

Helps with pain and posture
I’ve previously been experiencing some back and neck pain, and found out about this type of pillow. It was very comfortable to sleep with, so much so that I ended up using this one over my other pillow when sleeping, and it helped with a line in my neck that results from the skin folding from not being supported.
