Great vitamin capsules
Most multivitamins have an awful odor that turns me off from using them. Each of these capsules encases the contents in a lining that blocks the smell and is easy to swallow, which then dissolves in the stomach. It’s a great solution for me.

I got these when one a day stopped making the gelcap minis that I loved and used for years. I prefer gelcaps over tablets for better absorption, and these don’t disappoint at all. They’re good quality, as I notice the difference when I don’t take them. They’re easy to swallow despite being a somewhat larger capsule, and very comparable in contents and values to the ones I took before. I feel better when I take them, and that’s enough for me. Shipping was fast and they arrived undamaged, every time I’ve ordered them.

Life changing for me!
I never write reviews but these are AWESOME! I have had low iron for about 10 years and nothing I’ve tried in the past (changing my diet, other multi-vitamins, prescribed iron supplements, etc.) has ever gotten rid of the fatigue that comes with it. I started taking these about a month ago and I feel like a brand new person! I can get through the day without taking a nap or multiple, which has bettered not only my sleep schedule but my productivity all around! I could not recommend enough. They do have a nasty smell but I just breathe through my mouth until I’ve swallowed it lol. The smell is 100% worth the outcome in my opinion.

Works well for value
I cannot stand chalky tablets and other brands are way more expensive than these gel capsules. They are a weird black color but other than that it is easy to swallow despite the size and does not emit any tangy or unpleasant taste when you put it in your mouth like the tablets. I see no difference in quality and it works just as well as the bigger brand vitamin companies.

They are multivitamin Softgels. Easier to swallow than tablets but still fairly large. I struggle with big pills but can swallow these most of the time. Would like to find smaller ones but for the moment these will do.

Avoid this product.
Received these in early September but didn’t remove the seal until today. Capsules were stuck together and sticky to the touch. Understand they contain fish oil but the smell is really bad in this bottle. We’ve ordered this identical product in the past and the remaining capsules from that previous bottle are solid and non-sticky. We store our medicines in a climate controlled environment. Likely this latest bottle (lot# 532727) exp11/27 was bad when it was shipped. We’re outside of the return period so we’re out the expense. If you’re reading this review, you may want to look elsewhere for a substitute.
