I’ve tried several gummies and they didn’t do much. This one though… It knocks me out good. Historically I’ve only slept 5-6 hours, but with this melatonin I’m getting 7 hours consistently. Which is nuts.The flavor is meh, truth be told – I’m so desperate for sleep some nights – I’d eat turtle dung to get a solid 8 hours like I hear so many others getting.This product has gotten me closer to the promised land than anything else ever has.Value is good also, 300 tablets will last me the whole year as I try not to take it every night.

Kind of works
I think it aids a little bit in my sleep. I most certainly have some wild dreams when taking it. I still have to use Ambien to give me a real night sleep. When I was younger this didn’t help but now that I’m in my 60s I think it’s working better. Just sad it can’t do the job so I could replace the usage of the prescription med.
