I chose this dietary supplement for menopause support, in particular, I like the superb blend of minerals, vitamins & homeopathic ingredients used in this formulation. It’s a fairly potent mixture, so as with any health supplement, getting medical advice is always best before starting a new regimen. My doctor is especially interested in the Vitex, Tritterpene & Crominex 3+ in addition to the usual black cohosh & shatavari found in similar products.
