Didn’t track my sons bike more than 10ft
I bought this for my 9yr olds bike so I could track him around town or in case his very expensive bike gets stolen. The problem is it only works when his bike is nearby. I’ve sent him to bike around a block or two, fully expecting the app to show in real time his location. I’ll click update several times but it still shows the bike hasn’t left the house. I’ll sound the alarm, but that doesn’t work until he gets within like 50ft away. I have followed him with my car, then it will change his location on the app because my phone is nearby, but only then. My son has adhd and sometimes gets distracted so I really need a device that can help me track him, and this didn’t help. Really frustrating!!It’s a nice design though, easy to install.

Didn’t work…now just have a high priced reflector. THAT WAS MY FIRST REVIEW…THEN..the company reached out to me. End result is they got a new tag to me that works. Took it around the city to test and it performed well..BUT…THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BYOND EXCELLENT.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work, factory reset doesn’t help. Sometimes can get it to pair for a few minutes after resetting, but then it drops off Bluetooth. Pixel 9 pro phone fully updated and Bluetooth works great. So an issue with tracker. Probably some good batches out there, but lots of lemons it would seem. No support either.
