After reading reviews for similar products, I chose to spend a little bit more and buy these. These are very nice! Soft cotton and absorbent padding where needed. True to size. I normally wear a size medium and medium fit. I recommend if this is a product you need.

Smaller pad area, fit a bit off
Before use, I washed these on cool/delicate and hung to dry. They washed perfectly.On me, these are a little bit of an odd fit. I do not have particularly wide hips compared to my waist, and I think these are really designed for a large bottom and/or larger thighs. Because they fit me okay at the waist, but have an odd, difficult to describe fit issue lower down. I’m quite sure if I went down a size that the waist would be uncomfortable, but not sure the lower part would decrease enough. So if you’re more of an apple shape, like me, these may not be the cut for you.The absorbent pad part is relatively small, only slightly larger than an average underpants crotch area. So, these are not so much for night, depending on how you lay, etc. They do work well for very minor leaks or drips during the day.For me, the fit on these relegates them to the bottom of the drawer, but they may work very well for someone with a proportionally larger thigh/hip measurement.

Oh my goodness – so gentle on my skin!
I’m a senior and wear disposable pads every day. The edges of the pads chafe my skin. I bought these Battewa panties, hoping to spare my bottom for part of the day (by changing into these cloth panties during overnight hours) for some relief.From the first wearing, it was heaven! The crotch is soft: a fine knit – NO rough weaving (as found in other brands). It was such a pleasure to slip these on, sinking into smooth softness all around, instead of papery edging from wearing daily pads.They probably wouldn’t hold a bladder’s worth of liquid – but for the small leaks that happen until getting to the bathroom, they’re fine. I rinse them every morning and hang them in the sun. They’re the best purchase in a long time!

About 2 sizes small. Leak protection meh. Very hot to wear. Its 95 and 95 humid. I had change out undies with 2 hours. Not breathable and very disappointed. Made in China and no real customer service. Won’t recommend. Would love to return the remainder i haven’t used but useless customer services. If you are ok with hot, humid, scratchy, leaky expensive over hyped undies- dont do it

I’ve been using these mid-waist incontinence underwear for about two to three weeks now, and I must say, they’ve truly been a game changer. Love the padding padding, but tight/high waisted with loose leg openings
These were effective with light leakage and odor control. The padding is very soft and absorbent, the edges are glued or ironed onto the panties. After using overnight, it did not show stains. It fully absorbed and would be effective for light-medium problems. The issue I had was with the fit. The cotton material is soft and they are well made, but the elastic around the waist cut into my skin leaving marks. I am short waisted and these were right at/slightly above my belly button. Too high waisted for my body but may be ok for others. The elastic at the leg openings was not tight, creating a loose gap on my buttocks with slight riding, making me feel not entirely confident they’d stay in place if I were very active. They laundered well and did not shrink after putting in dryer. I’d give the padding 5 stars, but the overall cut & fit 3, resulting in an average score of 4.
