Light and inexpensive oil for salad use; use your imagination
I”m no expert on oils but like this light oil. I use it to make vinaigrettes, rather than olive oil. It takes less and is unobtrusive. I mix it with tarragon vinegar that I infuse and throw in some ground pepper, powdered English mustard, maybe some pepperoncini, salt in the vinegar first, and I have a nice salad dressing for veg salads or pasta salads.

The quality it great I must say and I use it to do most of my cooking and it give the food a really nice taste so I was very pleased with the result.I would definitely buy it again in the same sizing I just wish the bottle was more firmer and flexible.
